CEO OF AMAKA COLLECTIONS AND EMMY GLOBAL AUTOS, ALABA

Positioning is key! I repeat Positioning is key

You have a product or service that your target audience (market) wants, don't keep it in place where only a few people will see it.
You position it where those who want it can easily see it.

Just like when you light a candle, you don't cover it, instead you place it in a position where everyone in the house can make use of the light.

How do I mean?

By effectively utilising social media!

Well, social media is a very powerful tool for positioning your business. By effectively using it, you can reach a wider audience and make sure your target market knows about your products or services

There are several ways to position your business online. One of the ways include๐Ÿ‘‡

- POSTING CONSISTENTLY! -

Abike and Arike collections, you can't have a clothing brand and your page is looking like a desert devoid of water.

Make noise about your business, carry it on your head. Post consistently high quality images and videos of your products that can attract potential customers

Now, don't just post, post engaging, relatable and post problem solving tailored to your target audience, VERY IMPORTANT!

But if you're swamped with work or you've been struggling to manage your online presence, that's where I come in!

As a Social Media Manager, I'll help your business and brand thrive in the online space so you can have time to focus on other aspects of your business knowing that your online presence is in good hands

With my expertise, I'll position your business strategically for brand awareness and ensure that your business is generating leads by creating engaging content that aligns with your target audience.

I'll be back for Part 2 of "Positioning your business for growth"

Cheers to your success

MONDAY GRATITUDE MODE ACTIVATED!

Hey loves! Today let's take a moment to shift our focus from what's lacking to what we already have.

I'm taking a moment to reflect on the 5 things I'm grateful for and I'd love you to join in!

First and foremost, I'm grateful to God - the anchor that holds me steady in every storm! He daily gives me the strength and encouragement to face each day with confidence and hope

I'm also thankful for the opportunity to work in a field that I absolutely love! - Digital Marketing (SMM/Facebook Ads). It gives me great joy when I help people reach their target audience and grow their businesses/brands.

I appreciate the support of my family and friends who believe in me and constantly support me unconditionally (even when I'm being a little extra๐Ÿ˜Œ). Your encouragement means the world to me!

I'm grateful for the connections I've made with incredible people from all walks of life through social media. It's amazing how technology can bring us together and create meaningful relationships

Lastly, I'm thankful for the grace and mercy of God that continually sustain and guide me in all areas of my life. His love and blessings are the greatest gifts of all!

Now it's your turn! What are you grateful for today?

Take a moment to reflect and share three things you're grateful for in the comments below.

PS: Still on making great connections, meet two amazing people I got to connect with at an event I attended in January - Gift Tonia and Kobo Medlyn

Are you a noisemaker for Jesus?

For the past three years, I've called Port Harcourt home, and for nearly two of those years, I've had the privilege of serving faithfully at Intimate Vessels Church. One major thing I've learnt and known how to do is unashamedly and unapologetically market Jesus through my church.

That's the major reason why I'm always on the field, evangelizing, making noise, and telling people about Jesus. I have so many amazing and funny stories to share from my field experiences, and I'm planning to start a series on it soon!

Jesus was a noise maker, wherever He went, He proclaimed the power of God through signs and wonders. This is what we as christians should start doing. Stop hiding your faith!

Talk about him openly. The same way we carry our businesses on our heads, that's the way we should also carry Jesus on our heads

I've heard a lot of comments in my intentional walk with God - "You sabi do church too much" "na school you come oo, no be church" "Mummy GO"๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ - does it deter me? Never!

The same way I carry my business here as a Social Media Manager/Facebook Ads Expert is the same way I carry Jesus!

You should start doing so too!

In your place of service, how often do you talk about God and your church to people? Share your thoughts in the comments below

PS: I just couldn't help but share such beautiful images of my adorable self

Want to create a viral post as a Business/Individual brand owner?

Here are 3 proven ways to make it happen

Did you know that a viral content can improve massive reach, engagement and increase your brand's reach up to 500%?

But what makes a content go viral?

Is it luck or is there a science behind it?

After analysing some of the most viral posts online, I've identified 3 key strategies to helping you create a viral content that resonates with your audience and spreads like wildfire

Are you ready?? Okay, let's go!

1. Tap into their emotions:
Emotions are the driving force behind a viral content. People share content that makes them feel something - Happiness, inspiration, Joy, Anger, Surprise etc.

To tap into the emotions of people, focus on creating content that:

- Tells a compelling story
- Showcases a unique perspective
- Evokes a sense of wonder or awe
- Makes people laugh or cry

For example, my previous post (you can go check it on my timeline) used this strategy to great success.

2. Encourage interaction and engagement
Content that encourages interaction, engagement or participation has the high tendency to go viral. So ensure you're;

- Asking questions or request feedback in your content
- creating quizzes or polls
- Hosting challenges or contests
- Using interactive elements e.g videos

By encouraging interaction, you'll not only increase engagement but also encourage your audience to share your content with others

3. Make it relevant and timely
Create content that is relevant to the current events or trends. These content has the high tendency to be shared.

To making your content relevant and timely, try:
- Creating content around trending/hot topics
- Keeping it fresh and up to date
- Using trending hashtags

By keeping your content fresh and up to date, you'll be more likely to attract new followers and encourage sharing

Creating a viral content is not a one-size-fits-all solution.

It requires a deep understanding of your audience and deep focus on creating content that resonates with them and inspires them.

Like this post if you agree and don't forget to share with your friends!

If you see the groundnut I bought yesterday for 200naira ehnnnn!

I literally almost shed tears because I remembered vividly that the same quantity of groundnut used to be sold for 20naira back in the good ol' days

I can never forget how my dad would give my siblings and I 50naira each for offering in church back when we were kids, and trust me, I already had plans of my own

20naira groundnut and 20naira ice cream (paloma ice cream precisely, thank you very much) then I saved the remaining 10naira with my dad, that money till tomorrow I didn't see (story for another day)

I was so smart that I wouldn't give offering, instead I'll keep it all and wait till the end of the children service then carry myself with my friends to the groundnut seller and ice cream seller at the gate and proudly buy my groundnut and ice cream

You needed to have seen my friends and I that time, just enjoying our treats and playing while waiting for my parents to be done with their "adults" meeting

Fast forward to the present

Now things have changed! Girl has turned to a woman and giving offering/tithe in church is very very important for me.

The Bible says in Malachi 3:10 - Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house"

That verse goes further to say "Test me in this,โ€ says the Lord Almighty, โ€œand see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it"

It is evident according to the scriptures what will happen when you're consistent with your offerings and tithe.

So if you're a Christian and you're not giving offering and tithe in church or you're not consistent, please don't make me come after you with a bag of groundnut! Just kidding (sort of!)

Seriously though, let's get our priorities straight and trust God to bless us abundantly!,

Do you have any childhood sunday experience? Share with us in the comments

PS: I've grown a lot in God and that's me doing what I love, just lost in worship yet found in Him!

LETTER TO MY YOUNGER SELF

Hey sweetie,

I know right now you're probably feeling like you're stuck in a whirlwind of self-doubt, trying to figure a lot of things out - life, your identity, love and relationships, career path, business etc. But here are some things I want you to know:

Your worth and identity are not defined by anyone else's opinions or actions. Not by the boy who broke your heart or by the friends who betrayed you. Not by your employer who made you feel over and over that you aren't good enough. Your worth is inherent, it's inherent to who you are as a unique and precious individual.

Don't waste so much time trying to prove yourself to others or compare yourself with others. Stop seeking validation from people who don't even know your worth.

You don't need anyone's approval to be worthy, your worth comes from within sweet one! It comes from your kindness, your empathy, your creativity and your resilience. You are already enough, just as you are.

Embrace your flaws and your differences. They are what make you beautiful and exceptionally unique, they are what makes you stand out in a crowd. Don't try to hide or change them to fit someone else's mold.

You are a work of art in progress, and your imperfections are what makes you stunning (Take a look at the mirror and see that beautiful smile).

Remember, it's okay to not have it all figured out. It's okay to make mistakes, to stumble, and to fall. That's where the growth happens, that's where the learning happens, and that's where the magic happens.

Be gentle with yourself, dear one. You are doing the best you can, and that is something to be proud of.

Above all, hold GOD tight, never let Him go no matter what! With Him by your side, you'll keep shining your light You'll keep being your amazing self.

You got this honey! You are capable, you are strong, and you are loved. Just as you are!

I LOVE YOU!

See my present self looking so beautiful, imagine how exquisite and more beautiful my future self will be
