The first video is what was used to track down this 24 year old guy who tricked a 5 year old girl, sent an errand, into the bush and r@ped her😭

An errand that should last for just a few minutes took unnecessary time and the family was worried. When the small girl came back crying, on inquiry from her family, her narratives within her little understanding of what transpired made the family understand what happened.

They went to the CCTV and saw the first video where the young man diverted her attention towards the forest. A search was launched by the local vigilante and he was apprehended.

The 2nd video is when he took the vigilante group to the exact spot of his misdeed and narrated how it happened.

As usual, the devil is to be blamed and the culprit will shed crocodile tears and moaning promises of repentance if set free. To me, the best solution has always been, since we can't see the devil and we're seeing you, the best way to deal with that devil is to deal with you.
Am suspecting that this might be part of the get rich fast ritual activity.

Reduce Price Of Foodstuffs Now, Tinubu Warns Traders And Shop Owners. | Green Reports

The Nigerian Federal Government has charged traders nationwide to lower food prices in the markets.

This request follows the recent announcement that the country’s inflation rate has decreased to 24.48 percent.

During the 2025 Wheat Farmers Green Field Day in Dabi village, Ringim Local Government Area, Jigawa State, Abubakar Kyari, the Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources, accused many traders of exploiting Nigerians.

Kyari criticized the indifferent behavior of both traders and farmers, pointing out that the decrease in inflation has not been reflected in food prices. He deemed such actions unpatriotic and unacceptable.

The minister provided examples, noting that while prices for items like sugar, rice, flour, and pasta have dropped, retailers, bakers, and shop owners continue to sell them at inflated prices.

He warned that these individuals are harming the public and should immediately cease such practices.

The minister said, “In previous months, stakeholders in the retail value chain raised concerns about the rising cost of food items. Now that the prices have dropped, such as flour, which fell from N81,000 per bag to below N60,000, and spaghetti, which has fallen from N20,000 to N15,000.

“It is only fair and just to let consumers benefit from food price reduction,” he added.

A prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State, Hon. Emeka Atuma, has pledged to remove the current Governor Alex Otti of the Labour Party in the 2027 election. He emphasized that his primary goal is to bring "good governance to Abians."

Atuma made this statement during a political meeting with APC stakeholders in Abia Central, held at his home in Ntalakwu, Oboro Ikwuano. He criticized the Governor’s leadership, accusing the Labour Party administration of keeping the public in the dark about the state's affairs, and promised to change this situation.

Referring to Otti's administration as an "accidental government," Atuma vowed to drive rapid development in the state if elected. He also assured that the APC would focus on transparency, good governance, and human capital development if given the chance to govern Abia State.

Atuma rejected claims that the APC is anti-Igbo and urged Abians to support the ruling party at the national level. He emphasized that the APC is committed to advancing the interests of the Igbo people.

In his opening remarks, the Deputy Leader of the forum, Hon. Uzoma Ihuka, urged members to unite in order to oust the ruling Labour Party in the state.

Additionally, the former Chairman of the APC in Abia State and current National Welfare Secretary, Hon. Donatus Nwankpa, welcomed new members to the party. He noted that the increasing number of new recruits is a clear sign of APC’s growing popularity in the state and encouraged members to prepare for a takeover in 2027.

Simon Ekpa Held in Finland’s Toughest Prison as Assets Are Seized Over Terrorism Allegations

Simon Ekpa, the embattled leader of the self-proclaimed Biafra Republic Government-in-Exile, is currently being detained in Kylmäkoski Prison, Finland’s most secure and notorious correctional facility. Located in Vanhamaantie, Akaa, the prison houses some of the most dangerous criminals, including violent offenders and s*x offenders.

The Finnish government arrested Ekpa alongside four accomplices over allegations of incitement to violence and financing terrorism in Nigeria’s South-East region. Investigations revealed that Ekpa utilized social media platforms to propagate violent ideologies targeting civilians and government authorities.

In addition to his detention, Finland has frozen Ekpa’s assets as well as those of companies linked to him and his accomplices. This move aims to dismantle the financial networks allegedly supporting his activities.

Ekpa was remanded by the Päijät-Häme District Court on charges of public incitement to commit crimes with terrorist intent. His trial is set for May 2025, with authorities emphasizing that his remand is a preventive measure to ensure the integrity of the ongoing investigation.

Finland’s Toughest Prison

Kylmäkoski Prison, built in 1993, is a high-security facility known for its strict regulations and challenging environment. The prison has gained global attention through documentaries showcasing its intense conditions, which include isolated cells, heavily monitored movement, and strict discipline.

Unlike Finland's open prisons, where inmates can take vacations or hold jobs, Kylmäkoski enforces rigid rules. Inmates are denied physical contact during visits and are barred from exchanging written messages without official authorization.

The facility has also struggled with issues like drug smuggling and internal misconduct, including cases where staff members were dismissed for inappropriate behaviour with inmates.

Legal Proceedings

Ekpa’s detention marks a critical point in Finland’s commitment to combating terrorism. A senior detective with Finland’s National Bureau of Investigation confirmed that due to the severity of the charges, Ekpa is ineligible for bail. The remand order highlights its purpose as a coercive measure to prevent continued criminal activity and ensure court proceedings are not compromised.
