Since 2020 till now, I honestly cannot measure the impact Canva has had on my business and on me as a person.

It has opened doors.
It has increased my income.
It has made ex*****on faster.
It has turned simple ideas into polished designs in minutes.

That is why for International Women’s Day on the 8th of March 2023, I put together a special training.

I want to show you how to use Canva from scratch. Whether you are a business owner, a 9 to 5 worker, a student, or someone who simply wants to learn a high income skill, this session is for you.

From simple designs and carousels to more sophisticated, clean, professional layouts, I will walk you through everything step by step.

And guess what?

While I was typing this post, the first payment alert came in. The first person has secured their seat.

The first 50 people will pay 2,999 Naira only.

This is not one of those trainings where you finish and still feel confused about where to start. I will teach you how to use Canva effectively. I will show you the exact strategies, tricks, shortcuts, and workflows that have helped me. From church flyers to event programs, wedding IVs, social media posts, business designs, you will be able to handle them confidently.

All you need is your smartphone or your laptop. If you have a laptop, great. If you have a smartphone, that is perfectly fine too.

If you are a woman who wants another stream of income, this is for you.
If you work 9 to 5 and want a side hustle, this is for you.
If you want to register your staff so they can design in house, you can do that too.
Men are also welcome to join.

You do not have to wait for month end salary before you earn. With simple Canva tasks, you can start making 2,000, 5,000, even 10,000 Naira per project depending on what you are designing.

The fee is 2,999 Naira for the first 50 people.

If I were you, I would secure my seat now.

Yesterday reminded me of something very important.

You see this life enhhh, never say never ooo

Growing up, part of my childhood was spent in Warri. We stayed there for a long time before we later moved back to Ughelli and all that. While we were there, we had a neighbour, Mama Ajiri

I remember her very well.

Her husband worked away from home. Two weeks on, then one week back. Sometimes he would even stay away for a whole month. But whenever it was time for him to return, you could notice a lot of things.

The excitement on this woman’s face was always loud.

She would slow down on work, take her time, dress well, do her makeup, just glow differently. And mind you, they had children. Three girls and a boy. Yet, she still made herself look good for her husband whenever he was coming home.

As children then, this was way back year 2000 ooo, we used to look at her and wonder.
Why is this woman always doing like this?
Why is she suddenly behaving differently?

We didn’t understand anything.

Fast forward to yesterday.

My husband came back from work and honestly, if you saw me ehn. I was seated clapping. Jumping. Shouting. My husband is back. My husband is back.

Joy wan finish me🤣🤣
I took like man, I agree.

My intern, Victoria, saw me and started laughing. She was even excited on my behalf. She was like wow ma ahhh, you are so happy. And I was like yes o, I really am.

And at that moment, it hit me.

Never say never.

Because this is me now. Married. Doing exactly what we didn’t understand back then.

So yes, yesterday reminded me again that some things only make sense when it’s your turn to live them.

Life will humble you gently.

Never say never.

Dear Lord, may our Union be forever beautiful 🙏

The Day My Uncle’s Best Friend Became His Worst Enemy

My uncle Chike had a best friend, Ifeanyi.
They grew up together, struggled together, even shared the same room in Onitsha main market in their hustling days.

Everyone used to call them “twins” because you hardly saw one without the other.

When my uncle finally made it big in business, he never forgot Ifeanyi.
He brought him into the business, trusted him with money, even made him the godfather of his first son.

That’s how close they were.

But trust can sometimes be the weapon of betrayal.

One day, Uncle Chike traveled to Dubai for goods. He left the company in Ifeanyi’s care.
By the time he returned, Ifeanyi had cleared out the shop, emptied the account, and disappeared.

My uncle nearly ran mad.
The same friend he ate with, suffered with, even shared his last naira with… had destroyed him in one blow.

People mocked him. Some said, “Na your foolishness. Who makes best friend manager without family blood?”
Others said, “Go to shrine. Collect your money back by force.”

But my uncle just said one thing:
“If I curse him, will my money return? Let God fight for me.”

Life became tough. He had to start all over again.

Years later, during a Christmas season, we were in the village when a big convoy of SUVs drove in.
The whole compound was filled with noise and dust.

From one of the cars stepped out a man, looking pale and sickly.
It was Ifeanyi.

He had lost everything, and was dying of kidney failure. He knelt in tears before my uncle, begging for forgiveness.

Chike, without thinking twice, lifted him up and said:
“You wronged me, but you are still my brother. Let me help you.”

That same week, my uncle paid for his surgery in India.

Months later, Ifeanyi survived, gave his life to Christ, and became a changed man.

👉 The same villagers who mocked my uncle began to respect him.

👉 The same betrayal that almost destroyed him became his testimony.

Lesson:
Not every fight is yours to fight. Sometimes, silence and forgiveness are louder than revenge.

When you leave your battles for God, He knows how to rewrite your story.

If this story touched you, type “God is faithful” in the comments.
