DEAREST INVESTORS.
You cannot use the knowledge of a legal practitioner or medical practitioner to run a school .It can't work here .
I am moved to pen down this to save someone who is about making a huge mistake or had encountered losses in his/ her school.
Many schools currently have gone into extinction,i mean they have shut down permanently and you may wonder why 🤔.
Things to note about school business/ establishment
® It is capital intensive in nature(Prepare to Spend before Earning season). Maximum patience is required of you before profit.
® Get a qualified educationist who is grounded in the field to run it while you receive weekly or monthly reviews of their activities.
® If all the running materials of the school are imported and expensive ,please ' start with schools fees that worth what you have on ground. Don't start with cheap fees hoping to increase it after 1year else ,you will lose all the learners. Parents will pull their kids to cheaper schools . It is better to fix things well before the registration of learners.
® Don't start it with the mentality of "This is our family business ".Keep your family members off ,employ those who will grow the school not blood that will cause you wasted effort. Be guided.
Further more'School business is a continuous process ,start it little by little ,don't invest all you have ,because the journey is still far so you won't be exhausted in the process. Any one can own a school but everybody can not manage a school👌.
