Have you watched the video where Helen Paul spoke in church?

She is a popular Nigerian comedian
And also a Professor in USA

She shared her very touching story.

She was born out of r**e.
Her mother was r**ed.
So she has never known her father.

She lived with her great grandmother.

Her mother was ashamed to be associated with her.

She would watch her aunties (mother's sisters) come to give money to mama and tell mama not to use the money to take care of Helen.

First day that Mama took her to school, no birth certificate, no surname.

Every family member said she cannot bear their name.

A random man accepted for her to bear his name as surname.

She was born and raised in deep rejection.

That child that was rejected had to heal and make way for an amazing powerful adult to spring up.

Many, many people need to hear this story.

Because many of us are holding on very strongly to the conditions of how we were born and raised.

The aim of this post is to just to encourage someone who was born into a sad story, that you can totally recreate yourself as an adult.
