‎It reminds of the first time in my life I received dividends in 2017. I had bought that 50,000 units of Zenith Bank shares in January 2017 and in March 2017 I was paid my first ever dividend. And it was more than 10% of what I invested!

YOU'VE BEEN WORKING/DOING BUSINESS FOR SOME YEARS. SO, WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A PENSION ACCOUNT YET?

Today, I was looking for an app on my phone when I saw my PFA's (Pension Fund Administrator) app and I remembered since I updated it I haven't gone through it because they were doing a merger upgrade of their system.

I logged in to view my transaction history because I already know my current employer has not yet started crediting my backlog of pensions into my account.

Interestingly, from what I saw, my PFA has credited my account with over N 2.2m profit in the last 4 months! 💰😁

My colleague said he has to move his RSA (Retirement Savings Account) to my PFA 🤣🤣

Do you have an RSA?
Do you have a good PFA that invests your funds and returns it with good profit?
Do you know you can now access your pension funds when you get to 50 years and no more 60 years?
Do you know if you are out of job for 4 months you can access 25% of your funds once, before you turn 50 years?

Many young people ignore pensions because of how civil servant pensioners were treated in the past, but it is actually different from how contributory pension works.

Back then, only the government contributed for civil servants and PenCom held all the funds, but with PFA system, private sector employers and employees contribute, the PFA is independent of the government and PenCom, and because they are financial institutions, they can invest the funds for profit and that helps your account grow.

And you the account holder can monitor your pension account, like your regular bank account till you get to 50+ years.

That money is part of your "hard earned money", you should be interested in monitoring it till you get to 50+ years and can begin to enjoy it!

MY VALENTINE'S DAY PARTNER IS A MARRIED MAN AND I MUST BUY HIM A NICE GIFT.

On Friday, I was sitting jeje-ly in the office, doing my work when they brought a box of papers and asked me to pick one.

Apparently the Gen Z folks on our floor in our office building wrote our names on little papers, folded them and asked us to pick the paper randomly.

They said, since management no wan announce Valentine plans for everybody, make we do Valentine for ourselves by ourselves to make ourselves happy.

They said each person must buy something and wrap it and bring it to work on Friday for the person s/he picked their name.

Because someone else too will pick your name and buy you a gift.

That's how I picked paper and I picked a married man's name o 🤣🤣

Haa! Me that can't remember the last time I bought gift for man, what am I now going to buy like this? 🙆🏻‍♀️

What do I want to buy now that will be an acceptable gift for a married man? 🤔

Sha thank God he is one of the few married men in that office that has a good a head on his shoulder and behaves professionally. 😃

Married women, what kind of gift will your husband come back with, as Valentine's Day gift from a single lady colleague, and you will not have a problem with it? 😃

Married men, what kind of gift will your wife come back with, as Valentine's Day gift from a bachelor colleague, and you will not have a problem with it? 😃

Of course there were those who were pretending to be too mature to participate in such office "frivolities" 🙄

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN A VICTIM OF AN ELECTRICITY THIEF?

One thing I know about these electricity thieves, is that they are so mean and will not stick to using just bulb or TV alone, they always want to plug all their heavy appliances on another person's bill.

This is the first time I am seeing this method of punishment for a wi-cked neighbor who is tapping your electricity and it's so interestingly scary o 🤣🤣

Have you tried this method before or will you try it? 🤣🤣

Can the illegal connector sue you to court for damages to their electrical appliances? 🤔
