If you're unable to see the message option on your page, let's try a few troubleshooting steps.
To check your page's messaging settings:
1. At the top of Facebook, tap Menu or your profile picture.
2. Tap Options, then select the Page you want to switch into.
3. Tap Menu in the top right of Facebook.
4. Tap Settings & privacy, then tap Settings.
5. In the left menu, tap How people find and contact you.
6. Check if Allow people to message your Page? is turned on ¹.
If messaging is enabled, but you still can't find the option, try:
- Checking your internet connection and ensuring other websites are working.
- Updating your Facebook app to the latest version.
- Closing your Facebook app and restarting your device.
