WHY I STOOD ON MY STREET BAREFOOT 😃😄
Have you heard of grounding or Earthing?
Now carry your chair, sit and read to the end to learn.
Grounding (also called earthing) means making direct contact between your body and the earth’s surface.
Think of it as walking barefoot on grass, sand, or soil, or lying down on the ground to connect with nature.
What Happens During Grounding?
The earth is like a giant battery. It has an endless supply of natural energy — tiny negative electrical charges (electrons) flowing on its surface.
Our bodies, on the other hand, often build up positive charges from daily activities like exposure to phones, laptops, Wi-Fi, pollution, processed food, and even stress. This creates what scientists call free radicals (unstable molecules) in our bodies. Which when they are much in our bodies causes inflammation, pain, and illness.
When you ground yourself (by walking barefoot, lying on grass, touching soil, etc.), something powerful happens:
Electrons from the earth flow into your body.
These electrons neutralize the excess positive charges (free radicals) in your system which in turn reduces inflammation, balances your nervous system, and restores your body to its natural rhythm.
The Process Step by Step
1.Contact with the earth: Your bare feet, skin, or hands touch soil, grass, sand, or water.
2. Electrical connection: Just like plugging a wire into an outlet, your body connects to the earth’s energy.
3. Electron transfer: Free electrons from the earth move into your body.
4. Neutralization: These electrons calm the overactive free radicals in your cells.
5. Balance restored: Your body feels calmer, less inflamed, and more in sync with nature.
Think of grounding like this:
Your phone needs to recharge from electricity.
Your body needs to recharge from the earth.
That’s why grounding can help with better sleep, less stress, less pain, more energy, and overall wellness.
That's one of the reasons our olden days parents lived longer.
So next time you see mee barefoot, don't stare like oluku, I'm not insa ne, I'm just recharging 🤣🤣🤣
