SELF DISCOVERY & STRENGHT

Often, we have accepted many beliefs in our lives, learning or living by other people experiences, trials, errors, failures, and setbacks things that have worked for others.

Self- awareness is essential if you want to excel and reach the heights of success that you aspire for.

Knowing who you are, what are your values and principles, what goals you want to achieve, why you are the way you are and what are your strengths and weakness puts you at a position of privilege and advantage that not only empowers you but propels you forward on your chosen path.

Everyone has their strength and weakness, for you to know or discover yourself you must know your strength and weakness. Your strength helps you when you are weak; and the awareness of your weakness is the first sign of strength. If you neglect your weakness, it will overshadow your strength.

The path to self-discovery is the beginning of happiness and purpose. I recall many people telling me that what keeps them going at the beginning of the day is avoiding breakfast in the morning, once they can skip breakfast until (10 am or 11 am) they can have strength to carry on for that day, hence making them focus and productive.

But once they have breakfast from (7am or 8 am or 9 am or 10 am) it actually weakens their day, thus giving them a bad day at the end.

I have heard of several cases too, where people say they overthink over people statement to them. someone might just say a little joke about them, next thing they get depressed or see it as insult, now for them it is their weakness because they read negative meaning to every joke hence making them depresses.

Weaknesses are temporary. Weaknesses can be controlled. We can always improve in areas that we are in. weakness does not become permanent unless we give them permission. Once a person begins to master their thoughts and impulses, their mental stamina increases. Once mental control is strengthened, possibilities are limitless.

Your weakness could be anything, how to handle your weakness is the beginning of strength.

Strength comes to you through really hard training and honest dedication to your knowledge. Face what you ask for, and persist.

The awareness and consciousness of your negatives — weakness, flaws, shortcomings, and limitations will help you in the way of achieving your goals. So do not neglect your weakness rather work on them they are there to help you not to harm you.
