no 2. payment can be made via Bank transfer, Card payment, USSD (GT bank only),

no 3. after payment, you will be redirected to the form, submit the form before leaving the page or don't leave until you submit

no 4. you can submit more than once to increase your chances but not on the same page. kindly pay again as each payment is for one submission
