This is wrong.
And the doctor told the lady " Everything is fine" , when he knew he had scared her for life.
I don't know if he was trying to save himself or save her from worrying but she deserved to know the truth.

AT THIS RATE, I CAN LOUD THE FACT THAT IF YOU HAVE LAND, YOU'VE GOT GOLD.

So I read this story of how a man sold a plot of land and was able to send his son abroad for Masters, all expenses fully paid for.

Today, this man lives a very comfortable life, courtesy of the son he sent abroad who has also brought his younger sister over and is comfortably taking care of her education costs.

I even have a personal story, but that will be for another day.

Away From Real Estate

Came across this post and couldn't ignore. Felt like giving my own 2 cents.

In marriage, everyone is expected to fulfill their own end, PLAY YOUR OWN ROLE, you are a partner in this Union so OWN YOUR PARTNERSHIP.

I see marriage as a symbiotic relationship.
In biology, symbiosis refers to a close, long-term relationship between two organisms
This relationship can exist in 3 ways:
Mutualism – both parties benefit
Commensalism – one benefits, the other is unaffected
Parasitism – one benefits at the expense of the other.

We see that there's a problem with commensalism and parasitism which goes to show that it is a problem when one person plays his/her role and the other is nonchalant about it. Emotions die gradually when it is perceived that only one person carry the weight of the union.
What this husband did is enough to break the home, it means that as a wife, my life is not safe in your hands. You only want to benefit at my expense.(Parasite)
How can your wife be sick and you don't think to at least, give her something to eat, forget about the laundry ( even though that counts, especially because he did his), ensure the person eats.
So if he had met his wife in the kitchen in that state, cooking for him, he will not even attempt to take over!!
Ok.

Read again, this is not my hand writing o, she is not even a realtor.
If this doesn't give you the push you need to own your own piece of land, I don't know what else will motivate you.

You don't wait to buy real estate, YOU BUY REAL ESTATE AND WAIT!!!!!

So even that cheap land you are seeing, go ahead and pay for it so long as it's genuine, it will definitely appreciate, it will see development, who knows, it could even land you your first million.
