Signature Bank denies closure of US branch.

Signature Bank Limited has dismissed the report on the closure of its United States branch by the US financial regulators, saying that the bank does not have any affiliation or connection with the bank in question.

In a statement the bank said, “The attention of the bank has been drawn to recent news surrounding the closure of Signature Bank, New York, by US financial regulators on Sunday, March 12, 2023.

Dare charges NFF to prepare Flying Eagles to win World Cup 🏆.

The Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Sunday Dare has tasked the Nigeria Football Federation to adequately prepare the U20 boys, Flying Eagles, to challenge for the FIFA U20 World Cup trophy in Indonesia in a few weeks.

Dare threw the challenge to the NFF and Head Coach Ladan Bosso at a reception hosted for the Africa U20 Cup of Nations bronze medallists at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja on Monday.

Naira maintains momentum, loses further to dollar.

Naira lost further to the dollar on Monday as it exchanged at N461.67 at the Investors’ and Exporters’ window.

The rate represented a decrease of 0.04 per cent, compared to the N461.50 for which it exchanged to the dollar at the close of business on Friday.
