How to make pap

(akamu in Igbo) ọgi in Yoruba

Buy yellow or white corn, pick dirty away and then soak your corn for 2 to 3 days, always change the water every morning. On the 3 day wash it thoroughly and blind it until it becomes very smooth, note you can take it to the local grinder for easy job.

After that, get a chiffon material designed for sieving of pap, and use to sieve it, , then cover it for like 6 to 7 hours, when the water has fully settled down, gently pour out the water at the top of the pap slowly until it remains pap, get a pap bag and pour the pap inside, tie it tight ànd allow the remaining water to drain, what you have left is a homemade pap for healthy living.

You can feed your baby with it, and also take it to boast your bre*st milk production.
