Which parenting method are you practicing?

A) Authoritarian parenting: in this type of parenting, it's basically "do as i say" no questions because these parents are strict, controlling and expects blind obedience from their children. The Consequences of this type of parenting is that, the children often grow up fearful, anxious or rebellious with low self-esteem.

B). Permissive parenting: Here parents allow children to do whatever makes them happy, they avoid discipline and wants to be their child's friend. The Consequences are, the children may struggle with self-control, boundaries and entitlement.

C) Authoritative parenting: Here parents show love BUT guides their children with structure, they set clear rules, explain reasons and listens. Their children are confident, responsible, emotionally intelligent and high achievers.

How to cook pottage beans.😋

Pick the beans carefully, parboil and wash it, and start cooking it with enough onions.

Once it is very soft and tender, add seasoning cube, pepper, salt, grinded dry fish or crey fish and continue cooking for five minutes, stir and add red oil and continue cooking, stir at intervals and your beans is ready.

You can eat it with bread, yam, custard etc.
