I discovered one of the secrets to self growth in 2019.

The secret is to take personal assessments or review of myself every 2years.

How do I do that?

I simply take a full day off on a particular date to meditate on my successes and failures, flashback on all my actions that I can remember and take inventories of my activities.

This helps me to know where I have succeeded and failed.

It helps me to also identify my mistakes.

Sometimes, some of the mistakes could be funny.

Have you ever looked back at some of the actions you took few years back and wondered if you were the one that did that? In fact , you feel like laughing at your ignorance then. For instance, Maybe, what you said, wrote or posted or actions you took.

Have you ever discovered such?

The act of discovering your mistake by yourself is a sign or prove that you are growing and getting better than you were.

The major challenge we have most times is the fear to try new things.

Some times, we fear what people will say or how people will see us trying a new thing but we forget that no person pays your bills .

We are used to our old style of doing a particular thing repeatedly without good results but not ready to change or try a new thing.

Now I want to ask you, why are you not trying a new thing? Are you comfortable where you are now? Are you scared of failing? Or maybe you have started a new thing but you are not getting the required results? Let's talk. Share your view on this

Today, I want to encourage you to start executing that great idea of yours that you think will fetch you legitimate money. Just get up and start. You can just start small from where you are and what you have. They say, there is power in little beginning.

Don't be scared of failing when you start. It's better you try and fail and learn from your experiences.

Are you sitting and only complaining of hardship and no job?

Are you still expecting government job where the whole system is almost failing?

How long will you continue to wait for employment job with that your beautiful certificate/CV? Let's assume you found one, how much will you be paid? Well, I'm not here to condemn employment job but I think the way things are going, employment job should not be your major source of income. In fact, it should be your side hustle. If you find one, keep it and don't abandon it if you don't have options but let it be a side hustle if you aim to attain financial independence. Stop sleeping

This is the right time to restrategize to change the narrative.

We need to learn, relearn and unlearn many things to meet up.
