This year’s was more than an event, it was an experience that mixed fire, flavor, rhythm, and culture into one unforgettable moment.
At Bole Village the aroma of roasted plantain and fish blended with laughter, conversations, and the sound of drums and speakers vibrating through the crowd. People came for food but stayed for the music, the energy, and the feeling of togetherness that you could taste and hear in the air.
As I moved through the festival with my camera I wasn’t just filming I was capturing the spirit of a city. From friends dancing barefoot on the grass to strangers sharing plates of bole and pepper sauce, from the live performances that made the crowd erupt to the vendors proudly repping Port Harcourt hustle, every detail carried its own story.
This is what I love about being behind the lens. I do not just record moments, I create brand stories that highlight the energy, the culture, and the fun that make people remember long after the lights go out.
So here’s to the glowing embers, the live beats, the endless dancing, the laughter under the rain, and the priceless joy that makes Bole Festival more than food. It is a celebration of identity, music, and memory.
