GIRL CHILD'S FEARS...

A girl child heart is so big, fragile and dependent.
She has alot of uncrackable puzzles, unanswered questions and unending curiosity born out of fears and confusion.

Understanding and attending to these realities gives a girl's heart rest, home, hope and peace for maximum productivity.

Unfortunately, modern parents invest more in fashion and social media leaving the fragile hearts of their girl child to the vampires.

TIPS ON HELPING A GIRL CHILD WITH FEARS

1- TALK TO THEM ABOUT THEIR FEARS:
Let them know that you understand their fears and that you are there to support them.

2- HELP THEM TO CHALLENGE THEIR FEARS: Encourage them to gradually face their fears in a safe environment and controlled strategy..

3- TEACH THEM RELAXATION TECHNIQUES: Relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing and meditation, can help to reduce anxiety and fear.

4- HELP THEM TO DEVELOP COPING MECHANISMS: Teach them how to cope with stress and anxiety in healthy ways, such as exercise, journaling, or spending time with loved ones.

5- ALWAYS REASSURE THEM: Don't underestimate the impact of your reassuring comments to your young ones. " I trust you, I know you can do it, I believe in you."
