ATTENTION TO ALL OUR PRESIDENTIAL AND GOVERNORSHIP ASPIRANTS.

In case you don't know the root cause of our problems today, please take time out and read below:

As of 29/03/2022, the exchange rates were:

£1 = ₦783
$1 = ₦560
€1 = ₦670

42 years ago, precisely on 01/03/1980 the exchange rate was:
$1 = 0.78k

Are you surprised?

Well, we were far more productive in 1980 than we are today.

In 1980 the key reasons for economic growth were as follows:

1. We were a net exporter of refined petroleum products. Today we import all our refined petroleum products.

2. We rode in locally assembled cars, buses and trucks. Peugeot cars in Kaduna and Volkswagen cars in Lagos.

3. Leyland produced trucks/buses in Ibadan and ANAMCO in Enugu also produced buses and trucks.

4. Steyr in Bauchi produced our Agricultural tractors. And it was not just Assembly, we were producing many of the components:

5. Vono products in Lagos produced the vehicle seats.

6. Exide in Ibadan produced the batteries, not just for Nigeria but for the entire West Africa.

7. IsoGlass and TSG in Ibadan produced the windshields.

8. Ferrodo in Ibadan produced the brake pads and discs

9. Dunlop produced Tyres in Lagos and Mitchelin Tyres were produced in Port Harcourt. And I mean tyres produced from rubber plantations located in Ogun, Bendel and Rivers State.

10. We were listening to Radio and watching television sets assembled in Ibadan by Sanyo.

11. We were using refrigerators, freezers and Airconditioners produced by Thermocool and Debo.

12. We were putting on clothes produced from the UNTL Textile Mills in Kaduna and Chellarams in Lagos. They were Not from imported cotton but from cotton grown in Nigeria.

13. Our water was running through pipes produced by Kwalipipe in Kano and Duraplast in Lagos .

14. Our toilets were fitted with WC produced in Kano and Abeokuta.

15 We were cooking with LPG gas stored inside gas cylinders produced at the NGC factory in Ibadan.

16. Our electricity was flowing through cables produced by the Nigerian Wire and Cable, Ibadan; NOCACO in Kaduna and Kablemetal in Lagos and Port Harcourt.

17. We had Bata and Lennards Stores producing the shoes we were putting on. The shoes were not from imported leather but from locally tanned leather in Kaduna.

18. We were mainly flying our Airways, (the Nigeria Airways), to most places in the world. The Nigeria Airways was about the biggest in Africa at the time.

19. Most of the foods we ate were grown or produced in Nigeria.

We were producing all of the above and many more in 1980

Today, we import almost everything. Isn't that alarming?

There lies the source of the terrible exchange rate we are experiencing today and everyone reading this has a critical role to play in reversing this very UGLY trend.

We have been talking about these problems and more for ages.

It is not enough for us to complain about the exchange rate or point out what others are not doing or are failing to do. The key questions are:

1. What are we producing now?
2. What role are our so- called Leaders/ Politicians of today playing?

We are forever shying away from responsibility whereas it is a stack reality and if we don't deal with it, it won't go away. In fact it will get worse.

To our dear Politician, if you don't have the capacity to RESET Nigeria to what it was at least back in 1980 then please stay in your house and don't waste our time.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !!!

THE POWER OF POWER-GROUPS

I recently joined a small Group made up of friends and was completely shocked at what happens in that group - wow! When you start a new Business or introduce a new Product in your company, they organise what they have termed "Business Showers", and everyone come together to contribute towards the new Business in cash and kind for free!

Some give you strong contacts, they give you leads into their network and recommend your business to their partners and friends.

It is a group made up of 9 people; 4 Lebanese, 2 Chinese, 2 Indians and a Nigerian. I didnt join it by default, something happened.

I had a Business call from a number who called in and asked me if my Company can render them Social Media Management Services with some extras such as Graphics and Print works for their letterheads, callcards etc.

I told him that, yes although our main Business is Software Development, Mobile Apps and Web Design, we can do all his requests for him, but it is not our core business or strength, however I know a Competitor of ours who has a Solid team for that aspect of Business and I think he will get a faster results with them in those specific area i.e Social media management and print works.

The Man was the Creator of the Group I am talking about, he was startled on the phone, so he asked; "Sir, please may I know your designation in Websoft?" I said I am the CEO.

He then said something that got my attention; "Hardly do I meet business people in this Country who ever recommend a Competitor, pls do you mind if I added you to a certain group of Powerful CEOs who think just like you? I said oh yes I don't mind. He thanked me and ended the call.

In about an hour I saw myself in a new WhatsApp group with the man introducing me to the people in the Group and everyone was excited as if they knew me years ago lol. This all happened last week, it then fell in Coincidence of an upcoming Business Shower for one of them who just Started a Toilet Roll and paper towel factory, they had fixed Saturday 22nd February for the Event somewhere in town, and so they told me it is an opportunity for them to meet me and also interact and share experiences with me.

Guys, when I went for the programme, at a point I was continuously bathed with goosebumps, I really felt emotional.
After pleasantries and meals, everyone was asked to share their Business wins and challenges, if it is a win, they propose a toast and celebrate - and you can see genuine happiness all around them, they jump, scream, hug, pop champagne, etc, if it is a challenge, they pick up your concern and start sharing ideas and possible Solutions you should adopt to mitigate the problem, and they are not in a hurry ooo, they take time to genuinely discuss the issue, infact sometimes even make a call to an expert in that area and put him on speaker to contribute suggestions also for you.

Anyway, this guy who started the toilet roll and paper towel business made a total of about 30,000 cedis from free contributions, and had two contracts right there. One of the lebanese own a chain of Supermarkets in Ghana, if i mention the supermarket you will know him, he immediately ordered for the product to be available in all his supermarkets and discount it for him so it can move faster on his shelves. Another operates a chain of restaurants, he pledged that all his restaurants will use his paper towels and t-roll. Infact right there another made a call to two different friends who became instant buyers for the guy to supply - I am talking huge supplies ooo, one of them told him if he needs a space to store goods he has a huge available warehouse that is only half full so he can come and use the remaining space.

Guys, alot happened there I cant type all, and I havent recovered from the experience.

Two things I noticed there;
1. There was so much positive energy amongst them. When someone shares a good news, another picks it up happily and also share. It then occured to me - that when you hang around winners often, your wins wont sound like you are bragging.

2. These Foreigners have a unique model, these are their strategies for invading any Nations they enter and become so powerful in no distant time, they help one another to rise.

When we departed, I got into my Car, and for some minutes I couldn't find my way to the push start button, I was overwhelmed by the experience, then I told myself, "BigGodwin, the friends you keep and the circles you find yourself have a greater impact on your success tendencies than all the hardwork you can ever do"

If you are amongst people who are intimidated by your small progress, people who get uncomfortable because you moved from point A to B, then you are amongst the congregation of witches and wizards in a coven of jealousy, envy and pull-him-down mentality - you cant rise that high having such negative energies all around you.

Escape!

KNOW ABOUT THIS Today.. đź’Ż
Whenever you take your vehicle to a mechanic for repairs (whatever type of repair), please check a part they call “indomie” that is attached to the exhaust.

They steal every available one from motor vehicles and sell it expensively to people making bullets and other things, it reduces fuel consumption and also moderates the engine sound.

Ordinary vehicle owners will not know when it is removed (or stolen) unless if you are highly perceptive until the fuel consumption of your vehicle increases considerably.

We just have to learned about it the hard way, after others have been stolen, I saw this and I want you all to upload it on your various wall for other people to read as well, Because these part of the car called "INDOMIE" or Called CATALYST.. in English name.. Is usually very expensive.. Some indomie in some cars can be as expensive as ₦300,000 to ₦700,000... Depending on the kind of car... Please be vigilant when you take your car to mechanic or even Car wash.....

PREPARE YOUR HEART FOR THE JOURNEY
If you’re going to do anything meaningful with your life you must develop a strategy for keeping your heart pure. Here’s why:
1. You will be HATED by the ignorant because the confidence it takes to win is often misconstrued as arrogance.
2. You will be USED because of the goodness of your heart & your willingness to trust others on credit.
3. You will be BETRAYED by false friends & jealous brothers/sisters because betrayal is the preferred shortcut to success.
4. You will be MISUNDERSTOOD by negative others who believe you to be a fraud—because the only way to prosper (in their minds) is through deceit.
5. You will be CO-OPTED by those who are ambitious but don’t have a creative bone in their bodies. They will use your gift for their gain.
6. You will be SLANDERED by envious others & people you encountered along the way who were always up to no good.
7. You will be TESTED by success, failure, sin, & people.
8. You will be CELEBRATED for a season by those who appreciate your efforts & this can give you the false sense that you’ve arrived.
9. You will be CRITICIZED by those who have never done anything noteworthy & by those who have done what you’re doing, but differently.
10. You will be MISREPRESENTED because it’s easier for people to do what they want to in your name than to do what you asked them to do.
11. You will be DISCOURAGED because things won’t always go as planned & success isn’t always as easy as it seems.
12. You will be FORGOTTEN especially by those you’ve helped the most because people tend to ask you not to forget them when they’re struggling then forget you after you help them.
13. You will be DISAPPOINTED at times because dreams don’t always happen on schedule or as planned.
14. You will be SUCCESSFUL. And making it to the top of the mountain can be the loneliest thing you’ve ever experienced in your life.

16/04/2020

We are the creators of all our experiences. In other words, our experiences in life are reflecting back to us.

Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, “Move from here to there,” and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.

Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the Universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at. It matters that you don't just give up.

Prayer is not an opportunity to ask God to do the things he has equipped you to do. Don't pray for money. Do business for money and then ask God to bless your business. God did not give you a head snd two hands and feet so you can pray only. He wants you to work and pray. Instead of praying for money, why not practice the art of regularly thinking alone. Ideas are shy. They won’t come to you if you're always surrounded by people. Leave your phone. Take a note pad. Go to your closet. Pray. Then mediate. As you ideate, God will fill your mind with wealth bringing ideas

Whether you run your own personal business or you work for somebody, the fastest way to succeed is by focusing on the quality of your work rather than on the quantity of your work. Hard work produces much sweat, but smart work produces much wealth. And don’t be bitter because you grew up in poverty. Poverty gave you the opportunity to learn what school and affluence could not teach you. Most billionaires grew up poor. Research it. Poverty can be the most profitable thing to happen to you if you learn from it

THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX

Your boss pays you N30,000 per month.
Now let's assume that you decided to save all without touching a dime, it would take you 36 months to make N1million.

(Did I hear you say 3years?)

Absolutely!

On the other hand, if you can convince an organisation like Dangote Group to print and supply 5000 umbrellas to them (to be used as souvenirs) and you make just N200 profit per umbrella, in just one day you must have made N1million.

What about becoming a billionaire, that is where it gets crazy!

Now let's increase your pay to N1,000,000 per month and you decide to save all without touching a dime. In a year, you must have saved N12million. It would take about 84years before you can make N1billion. (Please subtract your current age).

On the other hand, Nigeria has a population of about 200 million people, If you can supply salt to just 12million people once in a month and you make just N200 from each person supplied, in one year, you must have made N2.9billion.

This shows that to become rich, you have to stop talking to bosses and start talking to clients.

*HARD ANALYSIS:*

Divide your SALARY by 30 days and see what you get (i.e. the number of days in a month and see the funny thing about your salary plan).

For example,
(1) An average level-12 worker in the state government civil service earns NGN 60,000.
**** And this translates to NGN 60,000Ă·30= NGN 2,000 every day. This is LESS THAN the amount made daily by an AVERAGE HAWKER in the city.

(2) A freshly EMPLOYED GRADUATE BANKER in most NIGERIAN BANKS earns an average of NGN120,000 monthly.
***So everyday, you get NGN120,000Ă·30= NGN4,000 as the daily value for your work-life. By implication, this is LESS THAN the amount earned DAILY by an AVERAGE DRIVER in d city and in some villages.....

(3) If you are a FRESH GRADUATE EMPLOYEE in some oil companies, you earn an average of NGN300,000 monthly. So in a day your WORK-VALUE is NGN300,000 Ă· 30= NGN10,000
**** This is LESS THAN the daily amount earned by an IRRIGATION FARMER supplying vegetables to Lagos MARKETS, a TIPPER CAR DRIVER supplying sand for three BLOCK INDUSTRIES and CONSTRUCTION SITES just 3 times a day and DRIVERS of DANGOTE TRUCKS who have bought off the trucks at scrap value and vare using them to convey products between villages and the cities for just five business owners.

--------->>>HOPE BY NOW, IT IS SINKING IN, RIGHT?

And when there is an ISSUE in the FAMILY that requires FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, the DRIVERS, HAWKERS and the rest are looking up to you with a WHITE COLLAR JOB.

(4) If you are an NYSC MEMBER, you DON'T need to be told that:
*****NGN19,800Ă·30 = NGN 660 is your worth on a daily basis.
I hope you know that PURE WATER SELLERS who own a shop, a pepper soup joint and a small TOYOTA COROLLA car to distribute pure water to five restaurants earn MORE THAN you and WHEEL-BARROW PUSHERS working on contract for three warehouses probably make MORE MONEY than you EACH DAY
...........
Wake up and be more productive. We should be more proactive, create room for more income and strive to diversify our streams of income.

The earlier you wake up and smell the coffee, the better for you......

Someone right now will say this analysis is too ideal to be true but take your time and do it, you will grasp the crux!!!

STOP waiting for the Government to feed you, feed yourself and help the Government feed others. That is where we are in this age....

I wish you an Entrepreneurial mindset...... Think ENTREPRENEUR, Think Labech Global Links

ONE BATTLE DOES NOT MAKE A WAR

Don't be afraid to lose a battle to win a war. Keep focused on your goal.
Rarely is one event the end of the process.

While you look for an immediate profit, also seek a long term sustainability.

Exercise constraint carefully which battles should have your instant preference in attention and resources.

Eat not your seed as investment will be a worthy path to thread.

A good entrepreneur is the one who pull back and take stock and plan a relunch another day.

Making sure you win every time with everything is the hallmark of someone with an ego challenge.

While failure is what anyone admonishes, when you cannot deal with temporary setbacks you're planning for an eventual bigger fall.

The real guys are those who learn, unlearn and relearn from mistakes and match on even in March and afterwards.

Always remember one battle need not make a war.

Be intentional and shameless in your pursuit to WIN.

How to Make Brain Sharp and Be Super Smart

We often say or observe that “He/She is so smart and sharp”. But most of the time we think that it’s a god’s gift for that one particular person and no matter how much we try, we can never be that smart or sharp. WRONG.

The truth is you can also be smart very easily. There is rocket science behind knowing or remembering everything. It’s just simple little things that you do every day. Well, many would argue that according to science as we grow up we tend to learn fewer new things and our brain is not very susceptive to new information. But you’ve misinterpreted this Point.

We learn new things every day, we process an enormous amount of data and information. Often, our brain chooses to ignore most of it – but it’s not the brain’s fault. We subconsciously send signs to brains to ignore a thing and remember the one.

Today, we present some conclusions based on Neuroscience – On how to train your brain to remember more and process the information faster. You will be shocked to see how Super Smart you can become:
Step 1: Be Humble and Polite

Being polite and humble gives you an opportunity to see the positive side of everything. This produces more serotonin in the anterior cortex of the brain. Staying happy while thanking people for smallest things they do for you actually makes your brain adaptive to new information and increases acceptability.

Step 2: Anticipate Positive Things

“A ship Sails to only where the waves take it. Only a wise Captain will harbor the waves and set ashore”

What did you understand from the above quote?

Your life is the Ship, You are the captain and Your thoughts are the waves. Do not make it hard for yourself by thinking negative always. Be the captain and take control of your life. Anticipate good thing to come. Ever noticed how happy you get when you anticipate s*x? Or for that matter, when you see the waiter coming to your table with the food? Yes, these small things play a huge part in influencing your brain.

Positive thoughts have a better effect on your brains performance.
3: Ask More to Learn More

Whenever we do something we are not familiar with, or change our environment – it challenges your brain to work more. Direct your focus on learning new things by asking questions. This process makes your brain feel like a winner and rewards itself with Dopamine Hormone. Dopamine helps with keeping you happy and excited while in the brain it helps the faster absorption of new incoming knowledge.
4: Play More and Avoid Overthinking

Physical activity is the stress for the body. As soon as the stress is exhausted, your body gets a reward: a dose of endorphins released by the pituitary gland. The effect is similar to opioid (eg, morphine), which reduces pain and increases the mood. You do not need to run a marathon to achieve this result – even a normal walk can do wonders! Incidentally, many authors and musicians considered taking an essential part of the creative process.

Overthinking negatively about anything is too dangerous. It makes your brain stressed and depressed about things that haven’t even happened yet. Try to avoid overthinking and keep your mind calm.
5: Take Full Rest

While we sleep in the dark, our body secretes the hormone melatonin. This hormone slows down all processes in the body, helping it to recover and increasing the level of serotonin in the hypothalamus. If the brain detects a change in lighting, it triggers the release of the stress hormone to quickly awaken the body. Therefore, it is important to sleep 6-8 hours a day and only in darkened environments.
