Changes in a child's behavior can be a silent cry for help.
Watch for these signs:
1. Sudden fear of certain people or places.
2.withdrawal or unusual silence.
3. Nightmares or sleep problems.
4. Regression (bed wetting,clinginess)
5.Knowledge or behavior beyond their age.

Reminder: Ask gently,create a safe space ,listen without judgement.
