We’re Hiring: Website Design Sales Executive (Remote)

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: 100% Remote (Nigeria)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: ₦150,000 per month (Base Salary) + 2% Commission on Every Website Design Project Closed

About the Role

Debbi West Media Ltd is looking for an ambitious, self-driven, and results-oriented Website Design Sales Executive to help grow our client base across Nigeria.

This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals who know how to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. If you enjoy sales and are motivated by both a competitive salary and uncapped earning potential through commissions, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new website design clients for Debbi West Media Ltd.
• Identify and engage businesses that need professional website design services.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Present our website design solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and achieve results.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Ability to source and convert new clients without being provided with leads.
• Previous experience selling digital services or website design solutions is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• ₦150,000 monthly base salary.
• 2% commission on every website design project you successfully close.
• Fully remote work environment.
• Training and support will be provided where necessary.
