Do you know why people always talk down on borrowing money from the bank?
1)because you will provide the bank with something incase you couldn’t pay back.
2)bcos the bank has the government backing to lend and to retrieve/recoup their investment incase something goes wrong
3)because majority of people that borrows money will definitely find it hard to pay back even when they have the money.the reason behind this is bcos, selfishness & greed drives their intentions/actions.
4)people feels comfortable borrowing from who they feel like will understand when they tell them stories that touches the heart.
5)people know that you cannot do much to them if they borrow from you as an individual,that doesn’t have legal backing to lend money to people,most especially when they never gave you a collateral.
6)Emotional b1ackmail cannot work on banks and other legal institutions who lends money to people with collaterals.

People are desperate and can do anything just to have your money.the government has failed & if you are not careful you will fail yourself too.
98% of people that borrowed money from people ends up becoming enemies with those that loaned them the money.
For those in business be careful of people that will tell you “lets join money together and do this business and share the profit together”
Pls make sure that the money you are pulling out goes through your legal team,seek for their counsel on how to secure your investments cos 99% of that arrangements always ends with too much talk.
People already knows that taking someone to the shrine is only a fear mechanism that has worked for years but now civilization has made people to understand that shrine or juju cannot recover dept except you takes into ur hands or go through government.
Safeguard yourself,have empathy but not at the detriment of your own sanity.
If someone ask you to loan am 100k,if you can dash him or her the 100k pls do but,if its only 5/10k you can give to that person,without expecting him to pay back pls do that wholeheartedly and have your peace than to be disappointed and frustrated at the same time.why am saying this is bcos,if you allow your frustration to make you go and arrest the person with police just trust me,people online will drag life out of you cos they only goes with sentiments of who ist cry come online most especially when the person come talk say na money him dey owe you him no steal fr you😂😂😂
Note:When you go the bank to take a Loan,they will give you their interest rate and they will ask you to go through it until you are with the rate.
The reason why Is for you to see the interest rate and ask yourself these questions
1)what am i investing this moneysy into?
2)have i really studied this business enough to know if i can meet up with this interest rate?
3)this business am entering into,does it have an incubating period it will take the business before it will pick up or is it a business that will pick up immediately ?bcos the interest will not wait cos bank no dey entertain trial by error.
Many people borrow money believing that the business will pay without calculating the ups and downs attached to the business,when they eventually start the bussiness ,they will start seeing everything they should calculated from the start before taking the loan midway into the business,Immediately they will start seeing the bank as a wrong move instead of seeing their own decision making as the probelm bcos man hate to take responsibilities of their actions.
Tell a friend that you want to invest 500,000,000 in nigeria and you dont know the business to invest into
That your friend will call you back after 1 week and tell you about a business you will invest into but if he is the owner of that 500,000,000 he wont invest in that same business he Is telling his friend to invest into,he will even hold unto that money for a year & more to make sure he invests right cos he knows how much he labored to make that money.
Do you know that many people borrow peoples money to do trial by error and when you ask them
