AAC 2027 presidential candidate *Omoyele Sowore* says corruption in Nigeria is mainly driven by 3 key federal institutions:

*The 3 Offices He Named:*

1. *Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF)*
*Role*: Pays all government money. Controls the Treasury Single Account (TSA).
*Why Sowore flagged it*: This is where all federal funds pass through. If money is diverted, delayed, or paid to "ghost" contractors, it happens here.

2. *Federal Ministry of Finance*
*Role*: Controls budgeting, revenue, and overall economic policy. Works with CBN on borrowing and spending.
*Why Sowore flagged it*: This office decides where money goes. Budget padding, shady contracts, and untraceable spending are often traced back here.

3. *Office of the Auditor General of the Federation (OAuGF)*
*Role*: Supposed to audit all government accounts and expose waste/fraud.
