When we heard the News that he was battling with stage 4 canc3r.
I gave a legal advice that he should prepare his WILL to avoid property dispute after he is gone.

Many people insulted me saying, i don't know what i am saying.

D£ is inevitable and we all shall taste it.

I hope he listened to my advice and do the needful to avoid property disputes between his wives and chiLdren

That's ch1Ld abuse and if she still have a way to get evidence.

She should write a petition against her mother immediately and have her arrested and charged to court for proper prosecution

Legally, you are not the father of the ch1Ld and who ever comes to pay the bride price of the woman is the legal father of the ch1Ld.

That is what the law says.
That is our tradition

Says a woman who comes from a region where they believe fatherhood is tied to brideprice

What does the law say?

Under statutory law, customary or traditional practices that strip the biological father of his paternity just because he did not pay brideprice is invalid

The Supreme Court struck down native customs that create artificial paternity or strip biological lineage through customary arrangements, reinforcing that customs violating human dignity and constitutional rights are void.

It is the Biological factor that confirms the father of the ch1Ld.

The marriage factor does not matter.
Paying of ch1Ld supp0rt doesn't matter.
Not respecting your parents and family, does not matter.
Even if he rejects the pregnancy, it doesn't matter.
Even if he ask you to ab0rt it, but you kept the pregnancy. It doesn't matter

Once the D N A confirms him to be the father, he is the Father and you can not change that Fact

Instead of claiming strong woman.
Get to the court and file for full custody to limit him a bit and file for ch1Ld sipp0rt to get him to do something

Don't live in Ignorance or else.

My Landlord increased my rent from 500k to 900k and also gave me the increment notice just one month to the expiry date of my current rent.

I remember reading that i can contest such rent increment and late notice on your page.

I quickly scanned through your old post until i saw it again.

I called the Landlord to Negotiate but he did not gjve me a listening ear and i am not ready to leave this place this year cos the whole thing is coming too late.
I plead that he should allow me stay one more year so i can to leave properly, he said NO tbat i should leave immediately my rent expires if i can't pay the new rent.
I followed the instructions on that your post

I moved to the Magistrate court close to us here with the letter he gave me and filed for arbitrar rent increment and late rent increment notice.

Na so dem serve my Landlord court Notice.

Baba Landlord came with his lawyer the next to cajole me and served me Notice to Quit.
I told them there is a case in court already and your Notice to Quit is not valid until the case is over.
Na so the lawyer sensed i actually know what i am doing.

I think he advised the Landlord and two weeks later which was yesterday, Baba Landlord called me to send the m0ney which is 500k for the renewal of my rent.

Seems they don't want the court drama cos they know they will lose out.

The letters he served me are the evidence i will use against him.

Sincerely i am very happy.
I kmow the lawyer will advice him to seve me notice to quit before this new rent expires

Me too, i am tired and ready to move out after the next one year but i am happy they couldn't oppress me and let my BP rise up looking for m0ney to rent another apartment or fear of being thrown out by the Landlord.
