History of TOPS CAMPUS INFO TV
TOPS Campus Info TV was established by *Ogunleye Toheeb Abioye, popularly known as Don baba* in year 2015 ,TOPS CAMPUS INFO TV as a vibrant information and media channel dedicated to The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki (TOPS). It was created with the vision of bridging the communication gap between students, staff, and the general public by providing timely, accurate, and engaging campus updates.
The platform began as a small student-driven idea — a response to the need for reliable information within the campus community. Many students often missed important updates about admissions, exams, fees, and school activities, so a team of passionate individuals decided to create a central hub where everyone could stay informed.
From its early days, TOPS Campus Info TV used social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Threads to share news, official memos, and student-related updates. It quickly gained attention for its consistency, credibility, and ability to deliver real-time information faster than word-of-mouth or noticeboards.
Over time, the brand evolved into more than just an information channel — it became the voice and volume of the students. Through creative posts, interviews, event coverage, and announcements, TOPS Campus Info TV showcased the vibrant life of TOPS students, highlighted achievements, and promoted unity within the campus.
The channel also became a bridge between the student body and the school management, helping to clarify official updates, correct misinformation, and ensure transparency in school communications.
Today, TOPS Campus Info TV stands as one of the most recognized and trusted student-media platforms in The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki. It continues to grow, combining information with entertainment, and remains committed to its founding vision — to inform, educate, and connect the entire TOPS community.
