Let’s talk about the mistake that ruins
food before it even starts.
Many of you begin cooking like this:
oil first
plenty oil
seed oil
Before onion.
Before tomato.
Before other layers.
Once seed oil hits heat, the damage begins.
Because seed oils:
break down quickly under heat
oxidize
create inflammatory compounds
stress your liver
confuse your hormones
So even if you add:
fresh tomatoes
onions
vegetables
spices
The foundation is already faulty.
It’s like building a fine house on bad soil.
No matter how beautiful the blocks are,
the structure will suffer.
Good cooking starts with:
better oil choices
less oil
adding oil later, not first
not overheating
Fix the foundation.
