Banana-Cocoa Delight Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Sliced almonds or cashews for garnish (optional)
1. In a blender, combine the bananas, cocoa powder, cashews, peanuts, and vanilla extract.
2. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the Greek yogurt and almond milk, and blend until well combined.
4. Taste and adjust the sweetness or consistency as needed. You can add honey or maple syrup for sweetness, or more almond milk for a thinner consistency.
5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with sliced almonds or cashews, if desired.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
