Eating 80% whole foods + regular exercise prepares you for old age and we don’t talk about this enough.

A lot of what we call “milk” in Nigeria is really just fat-filled powder mixed with vegetable oils and additives.

And for many people, it causes bloating, discomfort, and unnecessary sugar spikes.

That’s why Tigernut Milk Powder is a smarter, cleaner choice.

It’s naturally sweet, plant-based, lactose-free, and gentle on digestion.

No oils. No additives. No preservatives.

Just pure tigernut goodness — rich in fiber, healthy fats, and minerals your body can actually use.

What makes it even better is how versatile it is.

Use it as a sweetner for pap or oats, make tasty smoothies, bake,or even as a creamy drink on its own.

A little goes a long way, and it keeps you full for longer because of its incredible fiber content.

If you’ve been looking for a nutritious, Nigerian-grown alternative to powdered milk, that supports your health while still giving you that creamy satisfaction… this is it.

It’s N4,000 for 500g and this will make about 10 bottles of milk.

You can pick up from our office in Lekki 1 or we can deliver to your location (Lagos only).

Send me a message to order your pack of Tigernut Milk Powder.

Exercise is a self-preservation & self elevation tool.

Overtime, I’m beginning to see habits as tools because their core purpose is to get you somewhere.

A tool by definition—is anything that helps you achieve a task more efficiently, more easily, or with better results than you could on your own. That’s exactly what exercise does.

It strengthens your bones, builds your muscles, and supports the kind of body that makes everyday life flow with more ease.

Think about something as simple as running errands or playing with your children. I recently came across a story of a mother whose son said to her, “Thank you for taking up walking, because now we can play basketball together.”

She was emotional because she knew how true it was. Just by walking consistently, her fitness improved, her energy increased, and suddenly she found herself excited to share moments with her son that previously felt out of reach.

I’m a product of physical fitness consistency, and the benefits become even more obvious whenever I’m around people who don’t prioritise movement.

Sometimes, I know the aesthetics of fitness overshadow the functionality but I want to always be the one who reminds us, that being fit is way more than aesthetics. It’s functionality. It’s longevity. It’s confidence. It’s quality of life.

It’s a life saver.

Just like the mother in this story, being physically fit often spills into other aspects of your life, like your relationships.

When your body feels good, you show up better, connect deeper, and participate more fully.

So today, encourage yourself to step beyond the excuses.

Take the first step toward building a body that works for you and supports the life you want to live.
Incorporate all forms of movement—cardio, strength, and flexibility. They each contribute something powerful to your wellbeing.

I chose this career intentionally because I believe deeply in the power of physical wellness. And every time I share messages like this, I do so with the hope that they reach the people who need them the most.

Your journey matters. And it can start today.

If you couldn’t exercise in the morning, what about a long walk in the evening?? 😊

Portion control is a useful practice… Even whole foods can add up if the portions consistently exceed what your body actually needs.

Life can be so busy!

It’s important for me to make memories whenever possible.

Today at the Ecobank fair, I paused to take in the stunning venue even as I made sales and connected with so many wonderful people.

Acha was once again a major conversation starter.

Many southerners are still discovering this powerful grain for the first time, and it always excites me to share its incredible benefits.

If you’re in VI, we’ll be at the Ecobank fair again tomorrow.

I’d love for you to stop by and say hi 👋🏾

As a single woman, I’ve chosen fitness as one of the pillars I pour into with intention.

I give it my time, my energy, and my consistency, and I genuinely love how it makes me feel.

When you channel your energy into something that strengthens you from the inside out, everything else in your life begins to align.

Fitness has a way of grounding you, building your confidence, and reminding you of your own capacity.

Singlehood is truly a season of growth, clarity, and becoming… and you get to shape the woman you step into next.

Are you a single woman who hasn’t made fitness a priority yet?

This is your sign to start now.

Go for it 🙌🏽🫶🏾👏🏾💃🏽

So many women have been asking how I got my waist snatched.

Even my brother called me—on behalf of the women who saw my video on his Instagram stories.
I just laughed because… I’ve been teaching you people this thing for a while oo!

Here’s the truth:
I’m not a dieter. I’m not a quick-fix girl.
I’m all about lifestyle habits and mindful eating.

I don’t starve.
I don’t eliminate carbs.
I’m not keto. I’m not vegan.

I’m a full-blooded Nigerian woman who eats her locally made foods with joy.

But yes, I eat in a very specific, intentional way—one that supports balanced glucose, reduces inflammation, and keeps digestion smooth.

I eat the PrimePlate way.

PrimePlate is an eating pattern I created after studying the world’s healthiest diets—diets proven to support wellbeing, energy, and longevity.
I simply modelled our Nigerian foods to reflect those principles, and since then, I’ve maintained my weight for years without stress.

Not everyone struggles with weight; some people have genetics that do the work for them.
I’m not in that group. I have to be deliberate with my nutrition and exercise to give myself the body my genes didn’t automatically hand to me.

And I want to help other women like me—women who know they feel better when they eat well, women who are tired of being confused by conflicting information, women who want a simple, Nigerian-friendly way to build a body that supports life effortlessly.

If that’s you, then you’ll feel right at home inside the PrimePlate Community.

This is where I break things down, guide you through easy shifts, and help you build habits that actually stick.

Join the PrimePlate newsletter and let’s start building your healthiest, strongest, most grounded self—from the plate up.

My page is here to inspire you to eat more nutrient-dense foods, exercise regularly, and rest and recover intentionally.

I live by my own principles of nutrition and it’s been one of the biggest gifts I’ve given myself.

Eating well, moving my body, and honouring rest have changed everything about how I feel and how I show up.

If you’re ready for a lifestyle that supports your energy, your confidence, and your long-term health, you’re in the right place.

Let’s do this 👏🏾👏🏾
