ANYTHING THAT CONSTITUTES SINS SHOULD BE IGNORED BY BELIEVERS - CRC-N President

By Hassan Garba

The CRC-N President, Rev Dr Isaiah Magaji Jirapye, has again stressed the need for believers to ignore anything that constitutes sins and prioritize deeper relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Preaching on Saturday morning at the ongoing CRC-N Bethel Conference, the Church's President lamented that unforgiveness, gossip, slandering, disunity, tribalism, sectionalism, corruption and bribery are eating deep into the fabric of the church, hence the need for God's people to ignore them and get back to practice of purity and righteousness.

He said everything that constitutes hindrances and lack of progress in both physical and spiritual life can only be defeated by Christ Jesus hence the need for believers to do all things possible to be in good standing with God.

He emphasized the need for unity of purpose among the congregation, repentance and prioritizing Christ above anything else.
