According to the story, the man in front of Obi had his tyre destroyed by a gunshot from a Police officer, and he blocked the road in anger.

Peter Obi's convoy got to the scene, and alighted from his vehicle to intervene. On sighting him the crowd became ecstatic, and the driver of the Trailer let go of his anger, and instead started clamouring for a selfie with Peter Obi.
