My name is Babatunde Biodun. And I am a Yoruba man, but I must confess. I have travelled worldwide, and I have never met an intelligent wise man like Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. I know most of my people might not believe this, but it is true.

This man, called Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is super intelligent.

Look at how we all thought we were holding him down. We m0cked those who went out to protest for his freedom, and said they would beg forever. We even told him to come and defend himself, that he has a case to answer.

We never knew the man from the East was cooking for us all.

B0om, he brought out his list of witnesses and shut us up.

Brothers, now the country is running up and down. Are we going to bring those people to court or ask them not to come? If we ask them not to come, then under what reason?

It seems like Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is set to disgrace us all. If these people appear in court, he will disgrace us. If they refuse to come, it means we don run from our own court.

In whichever one day happens, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu remains the winner.

Please, drop all forms of h@tred you have for this man, this once and tell me this man is not intelligent.

BREAKING: Nnamdi Kanu Files Fresh Motion, Says His Trial Is Void Due To Four Jurisdictional Defects |

The detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has filed a fresh motion before the Federal High Court, Abuja, asking the court to terminate his ongoing trial on terrorism-related charges.

In a document titled “Brief of Oral Argument on Vitiating Defects” and filed in case number FHC/ABJ/CR/383/2015, Kanu argued that there are four major jurisdictional defects in the case which, according to him, render the entire proceedings “incompetent and void ab initio.”
