This man Emenike. U. Iheanacho is a fake lawyer that practised in Aba.
He was caught
He was charged to court
He was prosecuted and when he was found guilty, someone advised him to put detergent in his mouth.
I was there.
The detergent was foaming.
The Magistrate at that time, Magistrate Okogbue, was fooled as a result of the foam coming out if his mouth, and ordered him to pay small fine.
He paid the small fine and left the court the same day
Few months later, this same man who was convicted for being a fake lawyer opened another chamber in Umuahia.
He started practicing law again.
He charged his client 700k to frank this power of attorney over land.
He was caught again
But this time, his tricks could not help him.
The lawyers in court reminded the court thst he was previously convicted of being a fake lawyer and that he is unrepentant.
This time, the Magistrate Court sentenced him to three years imprisonment without the option of fine .
He even forged NBA stamp and seal.
I even think the 3 years sentence is too small.
