A man who based abroad has been away from his wife and 2 kids for 5 years. It's an Asian country but I won't mention the name.

He communicates with his family not that the commutation is poor. He sends money too according to what he said.

Few months ago 2 different people who returned to Nigeria and went back told him they saw his wife pregnant..

He could not believe it, he wanted to visit Nigeria though so he planned without telling his wife.

He returned to Nigeria, he told his wife that he sent something to Nigeria through DHL that she should go and pick it.

He gave his wife a fake tracking number that she should go there to pick the item up. He made sure his wife has left for the DHL office. He got ready immediately and there to see her.

Lo and Behold, she is pregnant and has been hiding it from him. He left without letting her see him.

He has been in a hotel for 3 days now shattered and disappointed. He hasn't taken his wife's calls and hasn't talked to his kids.

Heroic Driver Thwarts Kidnap Attempt on Aba-Umuahia Road, Soldiers Rescue Passengers

What could have been a tragic tale turned into a story of courage and swift military response on the Aba-Umuahia expressway.

Passengers aboard two Coaster buses narrowly escaped a terrifying kidnap attempt after a group of about six armed men disguised as commuters boarded the vehicles from Aba en route to Umuahia. Shortly after departure, the assailants took control of the buses and attempted to divert them off course through an isolated route.

However, in a daring act of bravery, the driver of the leading bus refused to obey their orders. Despite being threatened at gunpoint, he chose to accelerate instead, speeding towards the Isialangwa Army checkpoint. The kidnappers reportedly warned they would shoot him, but the determined driver pushed on.

Thanks to his quick thinking and disregard for the threats, soldiers at the checkpoint quickly intervened. The army personnel responded decisively, apprehending the kidnappers and recovering fi****ms from the scene. All passengers were safely rescued without harm.

Security forces have since launched further investigations to determine the full extent of the plot and any additional accomplices.

Another tragedy hit Enugu State today, as a man who was taken to the River by Ezenwanyi (a female native doctor) for cleansing, got drowned.

The video was posted by an X user named chuks, Some eye witnesses in the video stated that the young man was brought to the river by the Ezenwanyi and was ask to go further into the river to have his bath for cleansing. Eventually he got drowned and was been carried by the river as the Ezenwayi called the attention of people around.

Unfortunately, none of the people who came out for help were capable of swimming to rescue the young man, some were even afraid of going into the river.

* Properly identifying themselves.

* Telling you which station or unit they’re from.

* Clearly explaining the reason for your arrest.

* Presenting a valid arrest warrant (when required).

If they don’t do any of these, the arrest is ILLEGAL.

And yes, the officer involved can be held personally accountable under the law.✍️

Sadly, there have been cases where people were kidnapped by criminals pretending to be officers. That’s why it’s not disrespectful — it’s your RIGHT — to ask questions like:

“Who are you?”
“Where are you from?”
“Can I see your ID?”
“Why are you arresting me?”
“Where is your warrant?”
