Dear Sis, Maintaining boundaries is essential for spiritual hygiene because unrestricted access to everyone can lead to energy drain and emotional exhaustion.

For instance, constantly allowing negative or toxic individuals into your life without discernment can disrupt your spiritual well-being, hindering your personal growth and inner peace.

Prioritize limiting access to yourself; carefully discern who deserves entry into your life.

Learn to Seek meaningful connections rather than universal approval. Define relationships to safeguard your mental health and spiritual well-being. ❤️
