Collective Responsibility Ideology
First and foremost the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide was formed on the basis of collective responsibility for the 4.7 billion black people worldwide from the 7 billion population on earth that at least 1% would become members of the AADW. Since 2019 to 2025 over 10,000 people have made contact with the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa but only few adopted the Below the Knee Initiative model for their community.
Despite the enormous campaigns online and direct contacts to communities, victimization of black people continues to rage globally without any support from any organization.
The association does not deal with unregistered members except they belong to NACDAfrica Affricative Model Villages where it is approved for local communities to join NACDAfrica Agenda.
As part of the NACDAfrica Agenda AD Lot 13, the proposed project sites are being opened to developers to support in building a platform for collective responsibility in due course.
As of today, the association cannot forcefully enforce or empower the members without joint efforts of the NACDAfrica County fully responsible for coordination of affairs on its behalf.
The 13 Lots outlined for NACDAfrica Agenda are decisive and achievable as exclusive preserve of the association to engage at any given time upon request.
Each County is a project centered community for the collective responsibility funding.
The association will continue to work to create opportunities for members to participate in direct and indirect programmes as it relates to NACDAfrica Agenda only where an approved chapter or Colony is recognized annually.

The constitution of the National Assembly by the 1999 Military Decree was not a document derived from existing traditional leaders in the territory called Nigeria today. Its shortcomings are obvious and continuing to use a document that's not an integral part of the custom, law and tradition of the people calls for reflection in the first instance. Having advocated for in 2019 per the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa, I can state that the constitution will not be complete until a new plebiscite is conducted taking into account the traditional leaders referendum to submit to the National Assembly their absolute authority is very important as the drive for next general election sets forth.
The National Assembly is and should be a national pie that is equal representation of all the constituencies with rights and privileges to debate for or against, and that it is not a leadership and servants arena where the word suspension of a member should be called for. Allowance could be denied but not the voice vote of the people in representation. Any suspension deemed to be null and void. No part of the country except the death of a representative to the National Assembly, any legislation pass during the suspension of any member should be null and void without effect on the constituent on suspension.
The National Assembly must take steps to discourage the marginalized minority votes by not destroying the essence of the country's unity in diversity when we all dream of a unified Africa as a continent.

Internal Circular:
This is to inform members that the status of the lands already available for development in line with NACDAfrica Agenda AD Lot 13 are as follows:
a. Obeya Ogene site - 250 hectares for the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide, R-of-O certificate issued;
b. Ojuwo Ajigegwu - 10 hectares for the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide R-of-O certificate issued;
c. Obagwu - 10 hectares for the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide R-of-O certificate yet to be paid for.
d. Itama - 250 hectares for I Am Afrikaan Ltd Worldwide R-of-O certificate issued.
e. Itama - 10 hectares for I Am Afrikaan Ltd Worldwide R-of-O certificate issued.
f. Olowa - 3.5 hectares for Odiba Knight Consulting R-of-O certificate issued.
Please note no County is expected to make land available for investment in due course until the listed sites are fully commenced.
The above sites will be available for investment developers to commence projects anytime soon and further documentation to proceed as soon as funds are released and site movement.
However, the first group to be recruited shall be members of NACDAfrica County in EAE Obagwu Colony.
Equally note that as soon as machineries for road construction are onsite linkages within the 21 NACDAfrica County in EAE Obagwu Colony will be graded to allow for access roads within the Colony by the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide with approval of the Local Government Council.

Public Interest Notice:
Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide.
This is to mean that the two appointed in 2019 President Idris Deby Itno (Custodian Chad) 2021 and President Muhammadu Buhari (Co-Custodian Nigeria) 2025 to oversee the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa (NACDAfrica) on behalf of the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide have both passed. Therefore, the vacuum would be filled by the Royal Afritocracy Emperor Abba Nten fully as the activities of the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide National Chapters moved on as Ekoate Afrikaan Empire Afro-World - Asrate Kassa Crown Council Inn Supreme Council appointed in 2022.
It is expected to close the office of Custodian to a close for the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa, Below the Knee Initiative 30 March, 2019.

For the past one year since the inauguration of the Obagwu Farmers Estate and Commodity Exchange Marketport in EAE Obagwu Colony, no report from the Governor General Gaddaya Aikoye and cooperative society registered for the Colony I understand has not secured a bank account for the past one year and six months.
In my view, where such is no longer practicable, the General Secretary and Cooperative Chairman should write to the Executive President, AADW for either revocation order for another project to be sited on the site or propose something for the 21 NACDAfrica Affricative Model Villages members County to decide before the end of July 2025.

Notice to Members of the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide
a. Henceforth, meeting of members shall be in indigenous languages and the minutes of meeting must be in both native language and foreign language by the secretary.
b. Vacancy for immediate appointment for the office of Secretary NACDAfrica Secretariat Lokoja. He must be an active member and qualified for the position. Email to [email protected] in July before 15th 2025. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
c. Henceforth, no County will be approved to promote NACDAfrica Agenda without a registered cooperative society.
d. All registered cooperative societies that have not opened bank accounts by 31 December, 2025 will be suspended from AADW membership as a group.
e. Membership registration until a resolution is passed shall be $10 US dollars for individuals per annum both registration and renewal.
f. Group registration is $50 US dollars per annum and must have shown evidence of resolution by individual members to register a group or chapter.
g. National Chapter remains $10,000 US dollars on application and $5,000 for annual renewal with a resolution of 50 individual members of the association before registration.
The above is with effect from 1 July 2025.
