Who's a Muslim✅✅✅
A Muslim is a person who follows the religion of Islam. The word "Muslim" means "one who submits to the will of God (Allah)" in Arabic.
Here are some key points about Muslims:
Belief in One God (Allah): Muslims believe in one, all-powerful, and merciful God.
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): Muslims believe Muhammad is the final prophet of God, following earlier prophets like Abraham, Moses, and Jesus.
Holy Book – The Qur'an: Muslims follow the Qur’an, believed to be the literal word of God revealed to Muhammad.
Five Pillars of Islam: These are the core practices every Muslim is expected to follow:
1. Shahada (Faith): Declaring belief in one God and Muhammad as His messenger.
2. Salah (Prayer): Praying five times a day.
3. Zakat (Charity): Giving to the poor and needy.
4. Sawm (Fasting): Fasting during the month of Ramadan.
5. Hajj (Pilgrimage): Going to Mecca at least once in a lifetime, if able.
Muslims strive to live according to the teachings of Islam, showing kindness, honesty, patience, and humility in their daily lives. There are over 1.9 billion Muslims worldwide, making Islam one of the largest religions globally.
