*Rotary VTT India - Nigeria Medical Mission* :
_*A Journey of Healing Beyond Borders*_ _16th - 30th January 2026_
It is with immense pride, gratitude, and joy that I share the wonderful news that our Rotary VTT Members have safely returned home after completing a highly successful Medical Mission in Nsukka, Nigeria.
This mission stands as a shining example of Rotary’s commitment to Service Above Self and the boundless power of compassion.
*Our Medical Team*
The mission was carried out by an exceptional team of 14 surgeons and 2 dedicated volunteers, comprising:
3 Anesthesiologists
3 General Surgeons
2 Gynecologists
2 Ophthalmologists
2 Dental Surgeons
1 Orthopedic Surgeon
1 ENT Surgeon
1 Pathologist &
1 Hospital Administrator
Supported by generous contributions from The Rotary Foundation, the hospital was equipped with vital medical equipment, instruments, materials, and consumables—ensuring quality care and long-term benefit to the community.
Over two intense and inspiring weeks, our team worked with unwavering dedication and professionalism, united by one shared purpose:

This mission reaffirmed a profound truth:

The Vocational Training Team (VTT) India–Nigeria Medical Mission, conducted under Rotary Foundation *Global Grant* *No.GG 2577422* was both a humanitarian and academic success.

As the Team Leader, it has been a true honour and privilege to lead such an extraordinary group of professionals. I am profoundly proud—not merely of the numbers achieved, but of the humanity delivered.
