when we pray, we do not pray to God to prevent the storm, rather we pray for him to give us the strength, capacity and wisdom to withstand the storm when it comes..

In as much as challenges are the beauty of life,yet challenges are what makes life more interesting, we are aware that must successful leadership always comes with challenges, but as good leader you must be able to utilize every opportunity at your disposal in benefiting your subjects ( people).
