SHOCKING UPDATE: Man Rescued After Attempted Su***de At Bridge Head, Onitsha || Nenwetv

Tension gripped the Bridge Head, Onitsha, when a 25-year-old man identified as Henry Okoroagwu; from Ndukwe Village in Amasiri, Afikpo North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State jumped into the River Niger in an attempt to take his own life, causing panic among pedestrians and passers-by.

Eyewitness and Unit Head Marine, NIWA, Engineer Omishola, said the incident occurred in broad daylight when the young man suddenly leapt from the bridge into the river, adding that his search and rescue team rushed to the scene immediately to recover him.

A boat operator at the scene, Mr. Peter Okenye, said he and others quickly moved in after observing the incident, adding that the victim had already begun sinking before he was rescued alive.

Speaking after the rescue, Henry, who revealed that he is the sixth child in his family, confessed that he acted out of frustration, and that jumping into the river was the only thing that came to his mind at the time.

He is currently in the custody of the NIWA Police Command.

Ibom Air Hostess tore her clothes! _ Nenwetv

Let me take you to another dimension that many of us failed to understand, do you know the security guys were learned enough not to touch the girls dress but it was her fellow woman who tore Miss Comfort Emmanson's dress not that her bwrest just came out like as many claim.
My question is, why are you tearing her dress madam Ibom Air Hostess? If to say you give her back a slåp that might be better than deciding to nåked your fellow woman knowing fully well that she is not putting on bra and you even saw someone recording still you get the mind to tear her dress. Madam I heard Air line hostess and jealousy on ladies na 5 and 6 I didn't believe until the case of Miss Comfort.

Madam you will never go free, even if you go free from the eyes of men, God will judge you for doing such to your fellow woman in public.
In the days our of our mothers, if a wrapper of a woman loosen her fellow woman will bring our one of her own to cover the woman up, just to protect the woman privacy, but GenZ of this time will even nåked their fellow woman just because of anger or for the reason best known to them.
I repeat you must pay for this act together with the person who recorded and released the video because there is something you guys need to explain in the court.

As a Nigerian try to get money or connection! If not one day Nigeria will definitely happen to you and you will cry cry and cry no one will hear your voice.

After watching many videos and write up mostly from those in the same flight with Miss Comfort, I hereby decided to side her and equally apologize for using some bãd words on her yesterday in many of my publications.
I can't back her up for being rude on the hostess even if she was trying to free her self but still there must be a different way to do it but I see no reason for the hostess to block her way from going out from the flight ✈️.
I watch two different confusing videos yesterday, one she recorded while begging the hostess to let her go and second one she was instructed to leave but she refused OMG that's so confusing but only God knows the truth.
As for IBOM AIR, I know it's a brand and every brand might cook anything sweet to maintain the name of the brand so i can't say their press release is the Truth or false.
Then to the person who released the video to the public without Comfort's permission do you remember the new law made that's guiding publication of one's video online without his or permission? I think that's where the siblings of Comfort should hold on and f1ght for their sister.
As for Nigerian government, you are in a rush to arrest KWãM 2 while KWãM 1 is working freely, what happened to our Justice and equity? Do we still have human right lawyers in this country called Nigeria? What you did to Peter should be done to Paul without mercy so that others will learn from their mistakes.
To Ibom Air once again, remember the girl saw other company and chooses Ibom Air just to support your brand, why did you acted as if she is a cr1minal? Even if you want to arrèst her why can't you allow her to move inside the Airport, track her and pick her up, must you handle her like a thiéf? It's so unprofessional the way you handled her and believe me in a developed country the brand will face a serious sanction because she is just a passenger who disobeyed the law guiding the flight who supposed to face the law not harãssment to the extend of showing her privãte part. Una no try at all.

Mr. Peter Obi Reacts to Ibom Air Female Passenger Saga || Nenwetv

The unfortunate and dishonourable drama witnessed in Ibom Air has again brought to the fore the double standards in our lives and the inadequacies of our various security operatives in acting decently and in a civilised manner.

I want to start by sincerely apologising to the Ibom Air crew who were assaulted by Miss Comfort Emmanson. We must, as a society, learn and uphold good conduct, as it is a true measure of success and decent living.

However, I must equally strongly condemn the dehumanising treatment meted out to this young woman. Stripping her publicly was not only unnecessary but also represents the height of rascality and abuse by our agencies. It is unacceptable that she was hurriedly taken to court and remanded, while someone who visibly held a plane from taking off and put hundreds of lives at risk is still at large, with government agencies and some state officials speaking up for him to be forgiven.

This case is not just about one young woman, it is about the double standards that poison our justice system. Justice in Nigeria must never be about who is poor or powerless versus who has influence or access to government officials.

While Ms. Comfort Emmanson is in jail, the other offender who committed a more severe offence has not been held to the same standard. He has neither been arrested nor arraigned in any court.

We must build a country where justice is fair, equal, and not selective, especially against women who are seen to be weaker. This young lady’s offence does not compare to the crimes committed daily by those parading themselves as “excellencies” while looting public funds without consequence, and yet they have not been stripped or dehumanised in the name of justice.

We must end this selective treatment of the poor or less privileged. If justice must be served, it should be served to all, and it must be served fairly. The Minister of Aviation and other relevant authorities owe the public an explanation for these double standards in their adjudication.

Justice must be just, or it is nothing at all.

The rule of law based on justice for all must remain the guidepost of our democracy.
