As I reflect on the trajectory of our nation's progress under the stewardship of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, I find myself in unequivocal agreement with the sentiments expressed by Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, regarding the President's deserving a second term in office. Tompolo's endorsement of President Tinubu's re-election bid resonates deeply with me, and I believe it speaks to the transformative impact of Tinubu's leadership on our nation.

In a span of just two years, President Tinubu has demonstrated remarkable vision, unwavering commitment, and unrelenting passion for national development. His administration has been a beehive of activity, with significant strides made in various sectors, including education, economy, energy, infrastructure, healthcare, security, agriculture, and social welfare. The interest-free education loans, increased oil production, improved foreign reserves, and enhanced power generation are just a few examples of his administration's achievements.

What strikes me most about President Tinubu's leadership is his unwavering commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda, which has brought renewed optimism to our nation. His policies have been designed to address the pressing challenges facing our country, and his determination to drive progress is evident in the strides made so far. The removal of fuel subsidy, unification of exchange rates, and other bold economic reforms have restored investor confidence, increased government revenue, and set our economy on a path of sustainable growth.

I share Tompolo's conviction that President Tinubu's leadership has laid the groundwork for a prosperous and united Nigeria. His vision for our nation is one of inclusivity, equity, and justice, and his policies have been geared towards achieving these noble objectives. A second term for President Tinubu would provide the continuity and stability needed to build on the progress made so far, and I believe that his leadership deserves to be renewed.

As a nation, we must come together to support leaders who have our best interests at heart. President Tinubu's re-election bid has garnered significant support from various quarters, and I believe that his leadership deserves to be endorsed by the Nigerian people. I join Tompolo and millions of Nigerians in calling for President Tinubu's re-election in 2027. Together, we can build a brighter future for our nation, a future characterized by peace, prosperity, and progress for all.

**MOSIEND Congratulates PINL’s Dr. Akpos Mezeh for Outstanding Contributions to Community Relations in the Niger Delta**

*Yenagoa, Bayelsa State* – The Movement for the Survival of the Izon Ethnic Nationality in the Niger Delta (MOSIEND) has congratulated Dr. Akpos Mezeh, the Consultant on Community Relations to Pipeline Infrastructure Nigeria Limited (PINL), for his exceptional commitment to grassroots engagement and sustainable peace-building in oil-producing communities.

In a statement issued in Yenagoa, MOSIEND hailed Dr. Mezeh’s leadership style and strategic interventions, which have significantly improved relations between PINL and host communities, while drastically reducing pipeline vandalism across the Trans Niger Pipeline corridor.

National President of MOSIEND, Kennedy Tonjo West, described Dr. Mezeh as "a worthy son of the Niger Delta whose work has restored confidence in community-based pipeline surveillance and stakeholder participation in the oil and gas sector."

He said, “Dr. Akpos Mezeh has demonstrated a rare understanding of the challenges facing our people and has translated that knowledge into action. His inclusive approach has brought renewed trust, reduced tensions, and promoted peace across communities that were once flashpoints of pipeline sabotage.”

According to MOSIEND, PINL’s model of prompt engagement, empowerment of community surveillance personnel, and visible development interventions under Mezeh’s guidance is a shining example of how corporate entities should operate in the region.

West noted that the Niger Delta deserves partners who do not only extract resources but also invest in human capital, peacebuilding, and environmental protection. “Dr. Mezeh and the PINL team have set the pace. We urge other companies operating in our region to learn from this template and prioritize community interests,” he said.

MOSIEND also commended PINL’s Managing Director, Rear Admiral Akinjide Akinrinade (rtd), for his leadership in supporting community-driven security frameworks and aligning corporate goals with national development targets.

The statement comes on the heels of a recent stakeholders’ forum held in Yenagoa, where Dr. Mezeh was honored by the Association of Rural Chiefs for Peace and Development, and where NSA representatives revealed that over 100 oil theft suspects had been prosecuted, highlighting the success of joint efforts between government agencies and private partners like PINL.

MOSIEND reaffirmed its readiness to support initiatives that promote peace, security, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta, while urging the federal government to create more platforms for indigenous participation in oil sector governance.

The Reformed Supreme Egbesu Assembly appreciates the gods of the land for accepting the sacrifice of peace and protection of the Ijaw nation from both internal and external enermies.

The Henchman noted that after due consultation with priests and apostles of Egbesu, we are assured of peace and stability despite the unfathomable instigators and distractors whose interest is to put Bayelsa state into unreasonable chaos. The gods have assured their downfall and extraordinary shame.

The Assembly also revealed that any Ijaw son who has gone astray and is bent on testing the goodwill of our deity is doing that at their own detriment, advised sponsors of new associates and thier cohort to stop provoking the Ijaw nation as it will not end well. Warned them not to test the powers in Ijaw land and make provocative statements. It will be fire for fire.

Every attempt to insult and embarrass the governor general of Ijaw nation at will can no longer be condoned. The issuing of threats of war on the Senator Douye Diri led prosperity government will not be accepted at all. Every stout headed monster will be vehemently resisted.

The sound warning is that any Ijaw sons and daughters who participate in any deceptive rally are bringing cause upon themselves, thereby advised to stay clear on what will damage their lives. Henceforth, any anti Ijaw activity designed to disturb the peace of the Ijaw nation will be vehemently opposed by the Reformed Supreme Egbesu Assembly.

We hereby advise the Igbogene moto pack to close down activities on the 26th of April, all business owners to shut down, and purpoted rally suspended indefinitely. JAMB students are advised to go and write their exams peacefully and essential services can go on.
