IMAM IBRAHIM TSAFE CAUTIONS MUSLIMS AGAINST UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.
The Chief Imam of 2nd Juma'at Tsafe,Imam Ibrahim Aliyu has expressed utmost concern over the way some Muslims conduct their businesses without recourse to Islamic guidelines that regulate conduct of business.
Presenting this week's Juma'at sermon at the mosque yesterday, the Chief Imam said though Islam supports conduct of any lawful business inorder to earn a living, the laws governing conduct of business must be observed.
The Imam who said Islam has set age limit for conduct of business noted with dismay the way some Muslims conceal defects of their commodities or adulterate their commodities inorder to maximize profit.
He warned that any morsel that originates from unlawful earning eaten by a Muslim will make Allah not to accept their acts of worship for 40 days. Similarly, Allah never accepts ibadat of any Muslim that wears dress bought with Haram proceeds.
The Islamic scholar said though every responsible Muslim must have an occupation, occupational basic knowledge must be acquired before engaging in it.
