Police nab suspected kidnapper, rescue victim in Ondo

Men of the Ondo State Police Command have arrested a suspected kidnapper and rescued a victim in Isua Akoko area of the state. DAILY POST learnt that the victim, alongside one other, had gone to Ipesi Akoko for cattle rearing, but failed to return home. The command’s spokesperson, Abayomi Jimoh, in a statement made available to newsmen on Tuesday, stated that the victim was rescued following a coordinated intelligence-driven operation....

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has said Iran is yet to deploy some of its military strength amid ongoing tensions.
