On behalf of the Nigerian Association of Road Transport Owners (NARTO) Akwa Ibom State Chapter, it is with great joy and admiration that we wish to use this medium to congratulate you, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Bassey Eno, Governor of Akwa Ibom State on your election as the executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State and the recent inauguration of State Executives Council.

we indeed recalled that the last Administration of Rt. Hon. Orman Esin as the Commissioner for Transport gave birth to Akwa Ibom State Transport Stakeholders Council which was a great initiatives that brought a lot of impact, harmony, peace and development of Akwa Ibom State Transport Industry and we believe he will bring this to reinforcement.
