DARE IT, DO IT: THE UBONG BROWNSON IWOK STORY

My friend and brother, Aniekeme Finbarr, authored a book entitled 'DARE IT, DO IT' some time ago. The book, which is an inspiration to everyone, says that we can dare the odds, challenge the status quo, and do it if we're ready and determined to. Whatever inspired the Airwaves Prime Minister must have been God Almighty, the creator of heaven and earth, who gave him that deep thinking idea for such an inspiring literary work.

I dare ask if Mr. Finbarr had anyone in mind when he sat down to author this masterpiece. But I dare say he probably had an Ubong Brownson Iwok in mind. He's the first Nigerian to dare it and is doing it. A native of Oruk Anam LGA of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, Ubong is the first African to dare and is doing it.

He's the founder and innovator of Gada.chat, the newest innovation in Africa, making waves with its interesting and amazing features. Launched in Abuja, Nigeria, on February 28, 2026, the historic event was witnessed by Nigerians of repute, top industry players, and captains of industry. OKU IBOM IBIBIO POURS ENCOMIUM ON BULE WAY OCEAN FOUNDATION

The Oku Ibom Ibibio and President-General of the Akwa Ibom State Traditional Rulers Council, His Eminence Ntenyin (Dr.) Solomon Daniel Etuk, CFR, has commended Blue Way Ocean Foundation for their humanitarian strides in the state and passion for the development of Akwa Ibom State and its people.

The monarch made the commendation when the leadership of the foundation paid him a courtesy visit at his palace in Nsit Ubium LGA, today, October 1st, 2025. The co-founder of Blue Way Ocean Foundation, Mr. Rehoboth Umo Eno, who led the delegation, commended the monarch for his leadership strides in the state and shared the people-focused agenda of the foundation, which is in line with the Arise Agenda of the present administration in the state.

Akwa Ibom @ 38: Blue Way Foundation Visits Orphanage Homes, Brings Hope, Succour to Children.

In a compassionate gesture and in commemoration of the 38th Anniversary of Akwa Ibom State, a non-profit organization, the BlueWay Ocean Foundation, yesterday, September 23, 2025, visited the Divine Children's Home in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The visit was part of the foundation's vision to give back to society and share love amongst one another.

Led by the Co-Founder of the Foundation, Mr. Rehoboth Umo Eno, he expressed gratitude to God for the 38th Anniversary of the State and congratulated the government and people of the state on the anniversary. Mr. Eno maintained that it was a delight to share love amongst the children on a special day that marks the anniversary of the state. He further preached love and unity among Akwa Ibom people and prayed for the grace of God upon the lives of the children.

Also speaking, the Managing Director of the Foundation, Mr. Iniodu Bassey Ndada, thanked the management of the orphanage home for the good work they have done in providing shelter and hope for the children. He charged the children to be good ambassadors of the state. Mr. Ndada further thanked God for the 38th Anniversary of Akwa Ibom State and highlighted the blessings of God upon the state. While referencing the book of Ezekiel Chapter 20 Vs 12, Mr Ndada, charged the children to keep honouring and obeying those that are taking the lead and caring for them for God's blessings upon them.

The management of the Divine Children's Home, in their response, expressed gratitude to the foundation for their visit, which according to them is symbolic, especially on a special day marked to celebrate the state anniversary. He prayed for God to bless and multiply them for their compassionate gesture in reaching out to the children.

The children, who could not hide their joy, thanked the Blue Way Foundation for the love showered on them and also prayed for God's blessings upon them.

As Nigerians mourn the demise of the beloved mother of the National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, Late Mama Lydia Yilwatda, in Abuja, the nation's capital, Oruk Anam-born philanthropist and politician, Chief Victor Thompson, has paid a condolence visit to the National Chairman of his party, the APC.

Accompanied by a politician and mobilizer, Mrs. Victoria Uko, Chief Thompson, the Political Leader of Oruk Anam Ward 11, sent words of encouragement to Prof. Yilwatda and his family over the passing away of his mother and prayed for the repose of the departed matriarch to find solace in the bosom of God Almighty.

NIGERIA YOUTH COALITION BERATES ATIKU, OBI, EL-RUFAI, AMAECHI, AREGBESOLA, AND OTHERS OVER ADOPTION OF ADC
..DECLARES SUPPORT FOR PRESIDENT TINUBU, AKPABIO

Youth leaders across the country, under the aegis of the Nigeria Youth Coalition, led by Chief Victor Thompson, have berated former Vice President Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former Governor of Anambra State Peter Obi, former Governor of Rivers State Rotimi Amaechi, former Governor of Kaduna State Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, former Governor of Osun State Rauf Aregbesola, and others over the adoption of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The convener of the group, in a world press conference held in the nation's capital, Abuja, Chief Thompson, flanked by other prominent youth leaders across the country, questioned the integrity and character of the individuals involved in the coalition and their individual roles in the economic challenges currently faced by the country. He maintained that these individuals have no moral right to form a selfish group to unseat President Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in the next general elections in 2027.

Part of the message reads, "Never will it be heard or read in the annals of this nation's history that in our generation, Nigerian youths took a stand with the very same set of people who betrayed this nation over and over again and would do so again if given the opportunity. We urge every well-meaning Nigerian to carefully scrutinize each of the individuals in charge of this so-called coalition."

He further warned the players of the coalition to desist forthwith from causing unnecessary political tension in the country, as Nigerian youths will not fail to organize a massive protest against their selfish political interests. Chief Thompson, on behalf of the Nigerian Youth Coalition, lauded President Tinubu for the economic reforms, the infrastructural renaissance, and the human capital development programs undertaken by his administration since assuming office in 2023.

He further urged President Tinubu not to be distracted by the political buccaneers and scavengers without any interest in the Nigerian people. On behalf of the youth coalition, he declared an unalloyed support and loyalty to the President and the Senate President, Chief Godswill Akpabio (GCON), in 2027.

Also lending his voice in solidarity with the coalition was the Director-General of the City Boy Movement, Hon. Francis Oluwatosin Shoga, who commended Nigerian youths for their support for Mr. President and drummed up support for the President's re-election.

Other speakers included Hon. Salisu Pawa, a representative of North Central Youths; Hon. Sandra Bassey, National President, Forum of Past and Present Female Councillors in Nigeria; Hon. Samuel Jim, a representative of the Niger Delta Youths Vanguard; Comrade Shola Abiodun, representative of the Arewa Youths; and other prominent youth leaders across the country. They all spoke in glowing terms of the President Bola Tinubu-led administration.
