You could be walking to work.

Or as an exercise.

Or engaged with other things.

Then you have this communication within you. That's about a regret of an action you fail to take the other day compared to your current state of mind.

Now you are decisive to do that which you once failed to do.

It's because whether it's neglect, or absent mindedness, or whatever is the cause we fail to act right, there's always enough time to get things right.

That's why it's never too late to start late.

It's never too late to marry, though society will tell you a lot that it's good to marry early so that you have enough time to raise the kids.

That's called a blatant lie.

Yet, it's never too late to make not just money, but life changing money.

The message for you is IT'S NEVER, NEVER, TOO LATE.

So why rush?

So why panic?

So why can't you make plans calmly?

That's what it means to relax, because you always can get it right and done.

While your critic self is loud, convert it to something constructive.

At the end of the day either your are doing less than you can.

You doing too much but no significant result.

Or you are dull and idle, passive and inactive, though you are doing something for a so-called profit.

This is where I want to step in. Which is that however you claim to work, or however you have a business especially, something your business need the most is its STABILITY because it can fund itself.

But this is where most people in business would never run a billion dollar enterprise. Or a leading brand, or that's a top name in the industry or sector.

At most, you cannot tell what sector your business is into. This is different from whether it's a micro, small, or medium size.

BUSINESS SIZE IS NOT THE SAME AS SECTOR OR INDUSTRY.

The sad thing is that most owners are so complacent. And it's affecting how you approach the business.

Also, most owners are ignorant and never ready to learn to grow. So they have no template on which they design the business.

No knowledge of profitability, and so they can't make profit. Forget that big businesses make profit per seconds. It's a work through the years.

No sales report.

No yearly turnover.

No knowledge of business life circle.

No knowledge of business growth measures.

No team.

No idea of pitching for investors.

No technology know-how.

ETC.

At the end, most owners are static and stagnated. It can't be said the business is experiencing stunted growth. If it's struggling, it's because you don't know how to diversify.

Methinks, prayer is not enough🙏

Adulthood is the thief of childhood. That's my one reflection of what we have lost since becoming adults. How our giftedness and potential are replaced by age and a so-called experiences.

That aside, even as adults most people still maintain their childishness, or behaviour. And instead of growing both in mind, they grow only in the body.

A fine definition of being childish is from Merriam-Websters: "Marked by or suggestive of immaturity and lack of poise."

I would rather want you to explore the last word. But interestingly, it is either you are sinking in your emotions, or you are sailing on your emotions.

It's all summed up as that either you have the control expected of you, or you lack it, or keep losing it. A word to use here is 'tantrum.' A sort of blowing up, or to lose control.

More or less:

🏋️You should grow up being trained in personality. You should grow up with the attitude of a grown up man or woman. You should grow up with the discipline and routines to help you get rid of bad behaviour.

You normally can tell a child to behave well🧒

Significantly, how you can relate with yourself and other people in a balanced manner is what it takes to realize that you are matured.

Take hunger for instance, and especially a food you love eating. Probably because it saves you the economic stress, or it offers you the utility compared to other items.

So it becomes your self-talk🗣️

At the moment that food is what you want badly. You want it as bad as you want air💨

You cherish the food idea.

You are passionate about it.

And you want it get done✅

Except that you are not doing anything else it takes to achieve a goal. Being desperate😩 doesn't mean you are passionate. You are desperate because you are in danger⚠️

On the other side, being passionate rather means you can't do without it.

Alternatives are available. But it's the value of it which you are looking at. So, you can think less of other options.

The bottom line is:

When we have a cherished goal it's because it's set passionately. And it's because of the utility, or quality, you are blind to all other options.

Broke and poverty have no respecter of persons.

And when it's constant, you are double-minded.

Or you become mixed up.

Or you just don't know what to do.

You could have looked at your cycle of friends, and you discover that nobody is capable of helping you. Or your family, and all you feel is hopelessness.

Forget whether you have an entitlement mentality. That though is worst to think that you are owed, and someone has to pay the debt.

Regardlessly, you could have questioned the possibility of believing in God when in a financial hardship.

❓ Could he make the provision.

The answer is a capital No!

God can't provide for your daily bread because He's not human.

Even the prospect of blessing you through a fellow human could at times be doubtful.

The grim reality is that at times you have to endure hunger. But it's worst if it's due to your laziness or idleness.

Otherwise, we can best expect a miracle!

That's what God is specialized in. It may not happen now. And you still have to put in the effort to make the provision.

With the exception that when in lack, in pain, in danger, God does the work of reminding you of His help in ages past.

So, maybe, you can make the choice to actually believe in His provision. Or look elsewhere.

My friend and colleague in the industry who is also the current youth president had made all necessary arrangements with us the youths and young adults for an annual youth convention.

I was with him in his house the other night, and he shared with me of the challenge the vision plan is seemingly facing. The provincial pastor haven't given us a go-ahead of the event. And which seems to be causing a delay.

Where it hurts him the most is as he said that he knows our youths. That, once a goal is set, or a plan is cleared, and any slight delay can kill the fire to get the event shared and that can affect the attendance.

In other words, follow up and follow through the vision plan untill you hit it🎯.

That's what we call KEEPING THE MOMENTUM GOING!

It can be put simply as KEEP PUSHING FORWARD ➡️➡️➡️

Or you could have been like me who faced with lack of capital, I couldn't host my masterclasses, and I became rather demotivated.

Except that in low moment, you could stumble upon an opportunity that answers your question. But which has not to be something of a scam.

Yet, when you are demotivated, what happens is that:

↕️↕️↕️

👀You no longer focus on the dream. Or the goal.

More or less, while it's much about being persistent and consistent, how active or inactive you can be is summed up below:

1. You are active being objective.

2. You are inactive being subjective.

Put in another way, you are active or inactive depending on your EMOTIONAL STRENGTH.

It's like using your business to feed the family that you should create another source for. Or doing charity with your business. That's emotional weakness.

Besides, it's either you are actually emotional and weaknen the passion, the drive. Or you are emotionally strong, and face the day courageously and goal-oriented.

It's always one way↔️

1. Either you are successful keeping the momentum going.

2. Or, you fail becoming demotivated.

Your price is open for negotiation, or bargaining, except there's a price tag. And once the customer wants the price to be lower than you set a commodity for sale, understand one of the two approaches we all use to ask for price reduction.

↕️↕️↕️

✅The approach customers negotiate with a biased mind as to favour them by looking down on the stuff, or talking it down. That, your stuff is not good enough for the price.

✅The approach customers look at their pocket or wallet or purse to negotiate with you. They want to pay based on what they have.

At the end you the seller lose more. Most times, because you the seller have no patience, instead of option, you want to sell at their own price, as if it's a clearance sales.

That's why as a seller you have to follow these three tips to make the sales you have to make.

1️⃣ Set your price that you and the customer is neither a winner or a loser. This can be achieved sometimes by consulting from other sellers of the same commodity. For course developers, most times you have to Google the fee for a seminar to use that is the base to set your price. What to avoid is selling too low or high.

2️⃣ Market your stuff as much as you can. Do as much follow-up.

3️⃣ Partner with similar businesses for a faster sales.

4️⃣ Take a break only when you've closed a deal. Otherwise, you're strategic in action until sales day.

We live in a world you are expected to do something, no matter how small or big it is.

Or even that you should go out, and find something doing.

What we want at the end of the day is food on the table.

So we keep looking for the things we can create:

✅Money
✅ Job
✅ Connection
✅ Family
✅ Food
✅ Shelter

The unsuccessful you are is partly because you have become too materialistic, and myopic about your life.

At the end, it's more lack, more poverty, more hunger. The singular reason is that you fail to be committed to your core.

🌱 You are not committed to your growth.

🎯 You are not committed to your success.

🧠 You are not committed to your leadership.

As Les Brown inspired us all:

"Wealth is a long shot."

That's what you haven't taken to manifest destiny.

But the truth be told:

We the men folk are nothing without you the women folk.

We the men folk need you as much as you need us.

We survive because you are dependable.

You are dependable because you are a human being.

You are a human being because that's what you came to be.

You are you because you carry in the womb not just the men folk, but potential and intelligence.

Regardless of the many differences between us, you are too special to be ignored, or treated like a rag.

Society may think it right to treat you ill, but you have come a long way to be maltreatment by us men folk.

We are in the journey together.

We are here to support you grow and glow.

You are a woman. That's what we the men folk have called you.

It need not to be only tough for you. You have to be tough and ready. Whether it's rough, you have to learn to apply the pressure you currently feeling.

Whether you are just starting out, playing around, or have been in the game for long. The matter of fact is, you have to do all it takes to grow.

Until you can make the hard easy, you make no progress. It is that you relax only when you have laid the groundwork for the success or accomplishment of the goal or dream or task.

That doesn't mean you shouldn't give yourself a good night sleep. But, if you are really ambitious to make it happen, the question is ↕️

❓How far have you really turn the ordinary to something extraordinary?

❓ How far have you increased the effort to produce results?

It's not that you have to feel the stress. It's stressful to be successful, but so long as you are unto a clearly defined goal, you never can feel either the pressure enough.

When it comes to the subject of money, or finance, as much as it got to do with accounting, you never can be calculative enough.

Calculations you have to make↕️

❓ How much am I spending in my current or future income.

❓ How much will be the leftover after deduction.

Whether it's personal or business, you don't wait until you are paid, or the money arrives--- before you start to make plans.

Rather, you are getting that done ahead. You are putting on paper, in view of the actions you going to take with the income. So that you don't end up giving excuses, or complain about it that you need more money.

As a matter of fact, your ability to succeed with money determine if you can be given more money.

Especially as a business person, you have to be calculative often. Think ahead of the expenditures from the revenue

👥 If you are paying staff, you calculate it out.

If you are paying for rent, you calculate it out.

While you may not gather much at once, get the whole figure, and use that to do your calculations.

If your business or paycheck is generating 100,000 NGN that's your rough number to do your calculations with.

3️⃣ Clarify the source you can use to provide for your family.
