DO YOU THINK AFRICA CAN FIGHT HOMOSEXUALITY?
Delegates at 15th conference of Commonwealth Speakers and Presiding Officers, CSPOC Africa Region and representatives at the Conference called on the African continent to unite to end homosexuality and defend African values.
These issues were raised by speakers and leaders from 21 Commonwealth countries during the official opening of the conference on Tuesday 18 July 2023 in Yaounde on the theme of "African Parliament and Agenda 2063".
The president of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association said the conference aims to give Africa a unified voice on many issues, including the fight against homosexuality, which poses a major challenge to African people.
In his opinion, he is convinced that "if the concept of marriage leaves man and woman, if women turn to themselves and marry dogs and cats, we cannot have children and our children have no future."
