Tomorrow’s live broadcast on Prince Ntuk’s Multimedia will take a different approach.

Rather than have a live class, it is designed for page followers to air out their major areas of challenges in 2023 on the comment section of the live broadcast that will be anchored by Prince Ntuk himself.

Your challenges may be read out for advices during the broadcast but we expect that page followers will drop advices as comments and engage on your post in the comments sections.

The 2 comments with the highest engagements(likes and advices) will be empowered according to his/her area of challenge.

This means, while you post your areas of challenges in 2023, it is your responsibility to also get people to offer you advices on the challenge you posted.

The page moderators will not consider engagements from non followers of the page. So don’t be suprise if you have 100 likes for example and only 25 is counted for you. All comments must be from page followers only.

Build your business on systems not on people ~ Prince Ntuk

If your business is dependent on yourself or any highly skilled A-player, you may have the golden handcuffs.

Let’s break it down, a pastor who builds his church around his effort or that of his junior pastors may be building a church that may collapse in the absence of these people.

Similarly, any business owner who ties his business to the competence of his employees or his efforts may just be building a short term business model.

The question you need to keep asking yourself is how can you provide your customers with the service they want systematically rather than having it attached to whoever is personally attending to them that day.

To put it another way, how can you shift your business to where your results are systems-dependent rather than people-dependent? 🤔

You want to build your business on systems, not people you rent. You own systems. You can duplicate, clone, speed up, or slow down systems. Systems are predictable; people are not so much.

That is not to say that people are unimportant.

They are the ones that bring the systems to life. People make it possible for things that are designed to work to produce the intent of results.

It is literally impossible to produce a consistent result in a business that depends on extraordinary people. And no well-rested, happy, cash-heavy business owner tries to.

Because every extraordinary owner knows that when you intentionally design your systems and process to be operated by anyone—even Grandma—then you have a money-making machine that can generate predictable results for your customers—regardless of who is at the helm that day.

Beware of Brutus

By: Prince Ntuk

It was Marc Anthony in William Shakespeare who said " The noble Brutus
Hath told you Caesar was ambitious: If it were so, it was a grievous fault, And grievously hath Caesar answer’d it.
Here, under leave of Brutus and the rest–
For Brutus is an honourable man;
So are they all, all honourable men–
Come I to speak in Caesar’s funeral.
He was my friend, faithful and just to me:
But Brutus says he was ambitious; And Brutus is an honourable man. He hath brought many captives home to Rome
Whose ransoms did the general coffers fill: Did this in Caesar seem ambitious? When that the poor have cried, Caesar hath wept:
Ambition should be made of sterner stuff:
Yet Brutus says he was ambitious; And Brutus is an honourable man. You all did see that on the Lupercal I thrice presented him a kingly crown, Which he did thrice refuse: was this ambition? Yet Brutus says he was ambitious;
And, sure, he is an honourable man....."

Today in our midst are noble men who like Honourable Brutus have said ills about the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Akwa Ibom State. They alleged imposition of candidates, exclusion of statutory delegates during party parimaries, deprivation of a federal Constituency of her legitimate rights to produce the next Governor of Akwa Ibom State and the preference of older candidates against the many enlightened youthful in the state.

Like the Romans, many leaned towards their criticisms and like Marc Anthony, I dare say "Beware of Honourable Brutus". A glimpse on some of the allegations that these noble men of our clime had alleged revealed that if given the opportunity they seek, like we gave the APC at the national in 2015, they will do even worse.

On imposition of candidates or having a preferred candidate, we have seen worst in their party. A situation where the gubernatorial office was exclusively preserved for a certain individual even as he was yet still in the PDP against the backdrop of many aspiring individuals deprives them of the privilege to further speak about "imposition or preference" in the PDP again.

The use of ad-hoc delegates against statutory delegates for party primaries which they accused the PDP of has also been found to be in order against their widespread criticism and legal fireworks by their use of similar ad-hoc delegates and exclusion of statutory delegates during their recently conducted gubernatorial primaries. What then was all the mumbo jumbo about?

From their calculations, a certain Federal Constituency rightly deserves the 2023 Gubernatorial slot of Akwa Ibom State. While I may not want to digress into the issue of micro-zoning or merits of their claims, may I ask them why they in turn gathered candidates rejected by the PDP on account of zoning into their fold? A case study is Ikono/Ini Federal Constituency where Ikono LGA by 2023 would have taken their two terms(8years) in the Green Chambers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and whose turn after that is the Ini LGA yet they preferred a sitting federal House member who is not from the zoned area. Can Brutus tell Akwa Ibomites why he plans to rob the people of Ini LGA of their turn at the Green Chambers and give Ikono LGA an uninterrupted 12 year tenure ? How double standard can they be to agitate for equity on one hand while demonstrating megalomaniac tendencies on the other hand. Where then is the Justice, fairness and equity which they preach?

Lastly, the camel's back was hit when the same party produced a retiree as her Deputy Governorship candidate against the backdrop of politically enlightened youths in the state who they claim to have come to salvage from the claws of older political titans. Can they in all honesty say that no Akwa Ibom youth in their fold is competent enough to be a Deputy Governorship candidate? What then do they want to salvage when it can't be demonstrated now that we are still testing the microphone 🎤.

These were the acts of Brutus, leveling allegations on his friend and boss, Julius Caesar so as to have him killed and rule in his stead but his records showed that he was worst than Julius Caesar and all that he accused Caesar of.

On the hills of the above dear friends, countrymen and electorates, please lend me your ears, these men, like Brutus, have nothing to offer than calamity, pandemonium, anarchy and a general state of unrest in Akwa Ibom State. Beware!!

Umo Eno/Onofiok Alliance: Ekong Sampson Hails A'Ibom Monarch For Peace Move

By Gabriel Efo

The Oku Ibom Ibibio and President General of the Akwa Ibom Traditional Rulers' Council, Ntenyin Solomon Etuk, has been praised for brokering peace between the gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Pastor Umo Eno and the member representing Etinan Federal Constituency, Barr Onofiok Luke.

Recall that until Tuesday, August 2, 2023, when the Monarch reconciled Pastor Eno and Barr Luke, the duo were in the race to the state's Hiltop Mansion. However, Pastor Eno won in PDP's governorship primary election from which Luke had withdrawn from. There were speculations that the parliamentarian would pursue his ambition on a new political platform.

But speaking on Peace Voice, a programme sponsored by the Maintain Peace Movement (MPM) on Inspiration FM 105.9, Uyo, Dr Ekong Sampson, who is PDP's Senatorial candidate for Akwa Ibom South Senatorial District for the 2023 elections, described the peace move by the Mornach as a giant step.

"The Royal Father is the Paramount Ruler of Nsit Ubium and these two giants in their own rights, are from that local government area. The application of an interventionist role in bridging a gap is only to be expected. For me, that is one giant step for Nsit Ubium which our Royal Father represents.

"Beyond that, Onofiok and Umo Eno are brothers and we are working towards a state where bridges are built and where friendship is encouraged. If a Royal Father plays an interventionist role to bridge a gap, he needs to be commended. There is nothing unusual; it is only to be expected," he noted.

While describing Pastor Eno and Barr. Luke as "two great sons of Akwa Ibom State," Dr Sampson stated that the duo being together would be of more benefit to the state.

Ekong said that from all indications in the state's political sphere, it was clear that Pastor Eno would succeed Governor Udom Emmanuel as the next governor in 2023.

When asked what gave him confidence that Pastor Eno would be governor in 2023, Ekong noted that the gubernatorial candidate belonged to a party with strong structures across the state.

"Well, I am from Akwa Ibom State; I live here and I am a core PDP member. You know PDP is very strong in Akwa Ibom State. PDP is everywhere and PDP here is a super structure," he said.

Pastor Umo Eno Congratulates PDP Exco on Second Anniversary
.. As Party Chairman Commends Onofiok Luke for being true Party Man

Governorship Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno has congratulated the leadership of the party for succeesfully steering the ship of the party excellently in the past two years.

Pastor Eno registered his felicitation earlier today, when he led his supporters to congratulate the Exco and officially present himself and running mate, Senator Akon Eyakenyi to the party.

He noted that since the primaries were over, it was pertinent to formally present him self and running mate to the party, urging them to steer the PDP ship to victory as has been its tradition.

Pastor Eno maintained that PDP has remained the most formidable party across the country irrespective of pockets of distractions, stressing that its victory in 2023 is non negotiable.

While notifying that his brother, Rt Hon Onofiok Luke had opted to work with him and the party, he appreciated the party for supporting him, and other candidates through the primaries.

In his remarks, the state party chairman, Elder Aniekan Akpan appreciated Pastor Eno and running mate, for choosing to honour the party, and celebrating the anniversary with them.

He noted that with the calibre of heavyweights still within the PDP, and their level of consistency since formation in 1998, the victory of Pastor Umo Eno and the PDP will be a landslide.

The chairman disclosed that Hon Otu Ita Toyo and Bishop Sam Akpan and others had returned to the umbrella while many others have perfected plans to also return.

He commended Rt. Hon. Onofiok Luke for being a true party man stressing that members should not be worried or distracted by make- believe activities, adding that when the real action begins, PDP will show its organisational strength.

Elder Akpan assured Pastor Eno and running mate that the party will stand by them and work with them to ensure victory because they have capacity and integrity needed to further development in Akwa Ibom State.
