Oil prices fell to a three-month low Tuesday on optimism over the expected reopening of the Strait of Hormuz after a peace deal between the United States and Iran.

Brent North Sea crude, the international benchmark, dropped 3.8 per cent to $79.99 a barrel, dipping under $80 for the first time since early March.

Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has approved the release of ₦300 million to Imo State students at the Nigerian Law School and Nigerian returnees from South Africa who are indigenes of the state.

While the returnees numbering 250 will receive ₦1 million each to enhance their rehabilitation and integration, 100 Imo students at the Law school will receive ₦500,000 each to help them cope with the rising cost of living.

This Lady who's known for selling akara and bread at Ani street in Ikom Obudu road in Cross River State was caught yesterday Friday the 5th of June 2026 mixing stool (poo poo) with the beans that she's using to fry akara to sell to the general public.

She was caught by her own customers who went to patronize her business without them knowing what they have been consuming from her for a very long time.

The angry population told her to open what she was hiding but she deliberately refused, they forcefully opened it for everyone to see for themselves without being told by an interpreter

When asked why she was doing it she said it was the hand work of the devil and she has been doing it for a very long time as her church spiritual assignment to attract more customers.
