I really hope she doesn't grab a ring light and camera to start defending herself online.

She hasn't committed some unforgivable offense, and she isn't going to lose her job over this. No, she won't.

The way she navigates this sudden attention and publicity could shape the rest of her life.

I'm hoping she has the wisdom and humility to quickly own up to what happened and correct course.

If I were in her position, I'd put out an apology video right away, admitting the mistake and the ignorance behind it.

That single move could actually mark the start of a new chapter for her.

Her video has gone viral, and I hope she turns that visibility into something positive instead of letting it define her negatively.

TOE is a social media person, so if she handles this gracefully, there's a real chance she could end up building a relationship with him, maybe even sitting down with him one day.

That kind of outcome would benefit both his brand and UBA brand.
