The natural English expression is:

👉 “Beggars can’t be choosers.”

What does it mean?

It means that when you are in a situation where you need help or are receiving something from someone, you may not be in a position to demand exactly what you want.

For example:

Imagine someone says:

«“I have some food I can give you.”»

And you reply:

«“Hmm… I don’t like rice. Do you have chicken and chips instead?” 😂»

You should appreciate what is being offered rather than being overly selective about it.
