GROWTH IS COMING

“You visit the earth and make it overflow with water; You greatly enrich it; the stream of God is full of water; You provide their grain, when You have prepared the earth.” - Psalms 65:9 (AMP)

Beloved, this is your season of divine visitation - not an ordinary visitation, but a visitation of growth. And here are two things you must understand: God cannot visit a man He has not taken the time to prepare, and when He visits, He never leaves him the same.

Look at the divine patterns in Scripture -Abraham and Sarah, Isaac, Jacob, Job, and the Virgin Mary. Each of them received divine visitation with bountiful results that have, to this day, become transgenerational testimonies.

The signs that God has truly visited a life are always the same: overflow, physical and spiritual enrichment, unstoppable growth, and supernatural intervention. God cannot step into your business, marriage, and life and leave you small. He is too big for that. His glory will not permit your smallness to remain.

Psalm 102:13 says, “The set time to favour Zion has come.” Beloved, your set time for favour has arrived. The stream of God is full. Heaven is even now preparing the soil for your bumper harvest. Get ready, for what is coming will not wait and cannot be explained as a product of your personal effort alone.

LIVING STONES

“You come to Him as living stones, a spiritual house being built into a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.” - 1 Peter 2:5 (GW)

Beloved, as a true child of God, you are not a spectator in God’s agenda. You are a living stone in the hands of the Master Builder - Jesus Christ, the Chief Cornerstone. Salvation was not only forgiveness; it was your placement into a Kingdom structure that hell cannot destroy.

Every stone carries purpose. You are not merely attending church; you are the Church itself. Your prayer life is load-bearing. Your integrity strengthens others. Your consecration stands as a wall against darkness, worldliness, false doctrine, and sinful compromise seeking entrance into God’s house.

Just as stones protect and stabilise a building, your separation unto God preserves holiness and keeps spiritual corruption from spreading. As stones are the first monumental features of every building, your life becomes a visible testimony that declares, “The Lord is here!” and many generations should see your life and recognise the evidence of your complete and structural representation of Our Lord Jesus Christ without misrepresentation.

God is not building with perfect stones, but with yielded ones. Every trial you are facing at the moment is His chisel, shaping you for divine purpose. So stop shrinking back. Take your place, offer your sacrifice of worship as the living stone in the eternal building of God’s Kingdom on earth.

THE MASTER'S HAPPINESS

"Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master's happiness!" - Matthew 25:23

Every master operates a reward system that recognises faithful stewardship through progressive and precise accountability.

By all standards, whether with God or men, faithfulness with little unlocks authority over much and the servant in the above scriptures clearly earned it. He didn't sit on his talent complaining how little, he engaged with it, multiplied same, and returned with an increase.

Unfortunately, many people today have stopped multiplying their little. They are getting busy measuring their portion against someone else's.

Beloved, stop comparing, start multiplying and attract the Master’s Happiness, because what we call size (whether small or big) never impresses the Master. The multiplication process (faithful stewardship) does, and that’s what brings Him Happiness and His recommendation for your promotion.

Keep multiplying your little and return to the master with credible additions, always adding up to what was left in your hands and with time, the Master’s Happiness will shine in your direction.

GOV ENO SHIFTS ATTENTION TO WORLD-CLASS CONVENTION ARENA
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
♦️ Fresh from the inauguration of International operations from the acclaimed, world-class Victor Attah International Airport last weekend, Governor Umo Eno of Akwa Ibom State has shifted his attention and set his eyes on another word-class infrastructure in the centre of Uyo, capital of Akwa Ibom State.
♦️ Thursday, May 7, 2026, Governor Eno arrived unannounced at the sprawling International Convention Arena, comprising of the International Convention Centre, the Ibom International Hotel, the Arise Shopping City and the Ibom Theme Park.
♦️ The visit took the Governor’s aides and workers at the multi-billion sites by total surprise, as the Governor was officially billed to be in Edebom, Nsit Ibom LGA, for the commissioning of the 11- kilometre rural road constructed by the Umo Eno Administration in partnership with the World Bank under the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP).
♦️ Instead of heading to Nsit Ibom, the Governor sent his deputy, Senator Akon Eyakenyi to stand in for him, where Senator Eyakenyi disclosed that the Umo Eno Administration has so far constructed over 1,300 kilometres of roads and 40 bridges across the three senatorial districts, in only three years.
♦️ “There is no local government area without an ongoing project in healthcare, agriculture, education, roads and other sectors”, the Governor said through his deputy.
♦️ But in Uyo, the Governor traversed the landscape of the landmark Convention Arena, which promises to rival the the Durban International Convention Centre in South Africa, currently regarded as the best in Africa.
♦️ Addressing the media after his unscheduled inspections of the Ibom International Convention Arena, Governor Eno said the Arena will have the most modern facilities to capture, captivate and boost tourism development in Akwa Ibom State and beyond.
♦️ "This entire Arena constitutes part of the tourism ecosystem that we are building in the State. It is built to serve the growing tourism traffic from the Victor Attah International Airport. The Ibom International Convention Centre alone can accommodate all kinds of conventions and conferences with over 5,000-seater space and break-out rooms, banquet hall, amphitheatre, and lots more.
♦️ "Then, here in the Arena too as you can see, we also have the 250-room Ibom International Hotel to support the ecosystem. The Arise Shopping City project is equally on course. The progress of work is impressive as all the infrastructures in the Arena are all making steady progress as scheduled," he said.
♦️ The Governor thanked President Bola Tinubu for making funds available to sub-nationals for the ex*****on of projects that will positively impact the economy of Nigeria.
NOT LIKE THEM
“I the LORD do not change. So you, the descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.” - Malachi 3:6 (NIV).
Beloved, we need a dimension of divine intelligence to operate in this age, where everything and anything can shift overnight, including covenanted promises evaporating, solid relationships dissolving, and trusted systems collapsing.
God is stepping in this moment to remind you that even when all these things happen, “I - the LORD, cannot and have not changed.”
So, do not make the mistake of unconsciously transferring the trauma of failed promises made by mere men onto your perception of God's promises over your life. God is not like them. He is not like those who jilted and can still jilt you tomorrow. He will never be like friends who betrayed you. He is the Unchanging Covenant Keeper who will never allow you to be destroyed.
The same God who carried Jacob - a flawed, fretful, and fugitive man - is the God over your own matter too. That is why no opposition can destroy or bury you, because the strength of the Unchanging One behind you is immutable.
He was Jehovah Jireh, and He still is. He was Jehovah Rapha, and He still is. His covenant is not sustained because you are perfect; it is rooted in His Everlasting Unchangeability.
So, straighten your confidence. You are held by the God who is never like them!
TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
“Just as it is written: “Be careful! I am setting in Zion a stone that will cause people to stumble, a rock of offence that will make them fall, but believers in Him will not experience shame.”- Romans 9:33 TPT
Dear friends, it’s time to take full responsibility for our faith in the modern world we have found ourselves in - a world where many profess the name of Christ but believe no atom of His Person, Presence, and Power.
Jesus Christ is the Stone laid in Zion. To some, He is a stumbling block. To others, the Cornerstone of everything. The same Jesus - yet your response to Him determines your destiny entirely.
Many are stumbling today, not because He moved away from them, but because they are casual with Jesus, but you, my dear friends, cannot afford casualness with the King of Kings.
He is your Redeemer, Saviour, Healer, Provider, Storm Calmer, Chain Breaker, Way Maker, Miracle Worker, Grave Conqueror, Promise Keeper, Defender of the Helpless, Good Shepherd and Friend above all friends.
Every name He carries is a solution to something you're facing, and because you believe in Him, He can never be your stumbling block but your foundation.
Your breakthrough isn't delayed by God's reluctance. It's waiting on your full surrender and belief in Jesus! Take responsibility for your faith, your prayer life, your obedience and your testimony, and you will never be ashamed!
2027 GUBER: GOV ENO SUBMITS APC NOMINATION FORM
..says party faithful should support aspiration
Ahead of the 2027 governorship election, Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has submitted his nomination form for the primaries of the All Progressives Congress ( APC) with a call on party faithful to support his aspiration.
Speaking with Government House Correspondents at the Victor Attah International Airport upon his return from Abuja, where he submitted the form, the Governor said his aspiration is premised on the need to consolidate and further on the numerous ongoing projects in the State.
He noted that the State, under his administration, has recorded several developmental milestones anchored on the ARISE Agenda, adding that some of the projects cannot be completed within the remaining part of the current administration.
The Governor noted that as the visioner of the projects, it would be more beneficial to the State for the projects to be executed as envisioned by the visioner.
"We will continue to pray, trust in God, and remain committed to serving our people. But you can see clearly that there is still so much work on ground. Many of the projects we have started will not be fully completed within this term.
“That is why we are asking for another mandate to drive home these initiatives and consolidate on the progress already made for the benefit of our people,” he added.
The Governor appreciated the citizenry for their unwavering support for him in the last three years, and expressed hope that such will be sustained in the remaining one year of the first term and in the second term.
SUBEB: GOV ENO RELEASES 5.9BN FOR BASIC EDUCATION REFORMS
Following Governor Umo Eno’s approval, a series of strategic reforms aimed at strengthening basic education, including the introduction of a new curriculum, recruitment of additional teachers, and a multi-billion naira infrastructure intervention is underway in Akwa Ibom State.
The Chairman, State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Rt. Hon. Anietie Etuk, Ph.D., announced this during a press briefing held at the State SUBEB Headquarters in Uyo.
He revealed that the Governor has approved and released ₦5.9 billion for 2025 and 2026 intervention projects, emphasizing a shift from partial renovations to a more comprehensive approach.
“Intervention will no longer be piecemeal, when we go to a school, we will handle it holistically, classrooms, water, toilets, electricity, and provide everything required to make the environment suitable for learning,” he explained.
Hon. Etuk, however, expressed concern over rising cases of vandalism and theft of school facilities, calling on host communities to take ownership of government investments.
“Government cannot continue to commit huge resources only for facilities to be vandalised. Communities must take responsibility to protect what is provided for them,” he warned.
He outlined ongoing efforts by the board to improve teaching standards and create a more conducive learning environment for pupils across public primary and junior secondary schools.
A key highlight of the briefing was the planned rollout of a new curriculum for primary schools, which the Chairman described as a long-overdue development that will significantly enhance the quality of education in the state.
“For many years, this has not happened, with the new curriculum, we will be able to add value to teaching and learning in our schools,” he said.
Addressing the issue of manpower, the SUBEB Chairman disclosed that the state government has approved the recruitment of 1,000 additional teachers to tackle the shortage currently affecting schools, noting that priority will be given to ICT and computer science graduates in order to strengthen digital education.
“We do not have enough teachers in our schools, therefore, we appealed to the Governor, and he has graciously approved the recruitment of 1,000 teachers. We are paying attention to ICT teachers because we already have computer labs that require qualified personnel,” he stated.
He also highlighted disputes between communities and school authorities over school lands, noting that such conflicts are negatively affecting school administration and student enrollment. He urged community leaders and School Management Committees to support, rather than hinder, the smooth operation of schools.
While appreciating the state government’s commitment to education, the education administrator stressed that strong foundational learning remains critical to overall development.
“If the foundation is not strong, nothing can function properly. That is why we must continue to invest in basic education,” he added.
Also speaking at the briefing, the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Mr. Nsibiet John, commended Governor Umo Eno for prioritizing education, particularly the approval for teacher recruitment.
“The employment of over 1,000 teachers is a major step forward, especially for schools in rural communities, and will go a long way in strengthening basic education delivery,” he said.
He further called for strengthened Parent-Teacher Associations (PTAs) and urged SUBEB to extend intervention efforts to schools facing infrastructure challenges, including QIC Primary School in Eket Local Government Area.
The SUBEB Chairman reaffirmed the board’s commitment to sustaining reforms, assuring that ongoing initiatives will significantly improve the standard of basic education and provide better learning outcomes for pupils across the state.
HEAVENLY WISDOM
"But Jesus said absolutely nothing to him in reply, so the governor was very surprised." - Matthew 27:14 (GNB)
Beloved friends, it’s essential that as followers of Christ, we approach life with Heavenly Wisdom, just like Jesus Himself did.
When the world expects you to fight back, shout back, or break down, Heaven wants you to shock and confuse them by following the wisdom of Christ.
Look at our Master before Pilate. Falsely accused, mocked, and facing death, yet He opened not His mouth. And the Bible records that the governor was very surprised. That silence was not weakness - it was weaponized wisdom - One holy silence, to win the entire world through salvation!
It’s time to surprise our enemies with an unthinkable, softer approach that Heaven will use as a weapon for our victory. Stop playing your enemy's game. Choose Jesus’ silence and win the game differently.
Release mercy like David did for Saul. Serve forgiveness like Joseph to his brothers. Show kindness like Elisha, who fed a camp of enemies. Walk in calm faith like Daniel even when in lion’s den. Lift praise like Paul and Silas even if you were imprisoned and pour out love like Jesus even while in pains on the cross, still pleaded "Father, forgive them…"
These are not ordinary ways to fight back but Weaponized Wisdom to wreck Heavenly surprises and surprise is Heaven’s Nature. Use it!
