Before acquiring specialized VA skills, I first studied these tools.
These are called the Google Workspace apps.
For your reference, here’s the list of Google workspace apps. It's all up to you whether you want to study all of them.
1. Account – Manages your Google account settings, security, and personal information.
2. Gmail – A free email service for sending and receiving messages, attachments, and organizing inboxes.
3. Drive – A cloud storage service for saving and sharing files, documents, and media.
4. Groups – Allows users to create, join, and manage group discussions and email lists.
5. YouTube – A video-sharing platform for uploading, watching, and monetizing content.
6. Maps – Provides navigation, directions, and location-based services.
7. Earth – Offers satellite imagery, 3D maps, and geographic data visualization.
8. Docs – A web-based word processor for creating and collaborating on documents.
9. Sheets – A spreadsheet application for data analysis, calculations, and collaboration.
10. Slides – A presentation tool for creating, editing, and sharing slideshows.
11. News – Aggregates and delivers personalized news from various sources.
12. Google Ads – A platform for running paid online advertising campaigns.
13. Photos – A cloud-based service for storing, organizing, and sharing images and videos.
14. Forms – A tool for creating surveys, quizzes, and collecting responses.
15. Calendar – Helps schedule events, set reminders, and manage appointments.
16. Chat – A messaging platform for team collaboration and instant communication.
17. Meet – A video conferencing service for virtual meetings and webinars.
18. Translate – Provides text, speech, and image translation between multiple languages.
19. Vault – A tool for data retention, eDiscovery, and legal compliance in Google Workspace.
20. Admin – A dashboard for managing Google Workspace accounts, security, and settings.
21. Cloud Search – A search tool for finding information across Google Workspace apps.
22. Currents – A business-oriented social networking platform (now discontinued).
23. Sites – A website-building tool for creating internal and external sites without coding.
24. Contacts – Manages and organizes personal and professional contacts.
25. Hangouts – A messaging and video chat service (now replaced by Google Chat and Meet).
26. Keep – A note-taking app for storing ideas, lists, and reminders.
27. Classroom – A virtual learning platform for teachers and students to manage coursework.
