When they help around the house, say thank you.
When they tell the truth, appreciate their honesty.
When they try something difficult, encourage their effort.
When they show kindness, let them know you noticed.
Children need correction, but they also need to know that their parents see their good qualities.

I refuse to let anything break me down.
Whatever comes my way,
I will face it with courage.
I may have difficult moments,
but difficult moments do not define me.
I will bend when I need to,
learn when I must,
and rise every time life gives me a reason to keep going.
Today, I choose strength over fear,
peace over pressure,
and faith over doubt.
I am still standing,
and I am still moving forward.

They are learning from how you handle anger, how you speak when you're frustrated, how you apologize when you're wrong, how you treat people who disagree with you, how you handle disappointment, and how you make difficult decisions.
Being a good leader doesn't mean being perfect. It means showing your children how to handle life with wisdom, patience, self-control, honesty, and responsibility.
Don't just tell your children how to behave.
Show them.
Because before your children follow your instructions, they are following your example. ❤️
